UK hasn't reached out at all from what I have read.
Which is bs, cause he similar to Jarret Culver. We need him. Not because he in this game. Because he decommited and we need someone like his game, transition lengthy sharp shooter. Just like Culver, just who he reminds me of

Livingston’s jumping ability is not overly impressive, to be honest. He needs to work on his FT-shooting, as he’s looked rough at the lin
I love that Livingston can take defenders off the dribble but Gotdamn bruh make your FTs

Yeah Livingston should get some clock next

he normally shoots throws fine about 70%, just not dialed in for a glorified scrimmage. And has more than adequate hops. Got some vids but too old to know how to attach.

2022 Tubby didn't get a 2 seed his last year.... Cal did
Last year tubby wins
2020 cal by a landslide. 2 seed on a hot streak leading into tournament.
2019 again cal.... Lost by 1 pt in ot to go to final 4.

How is any of that comparable to tubby last 4 years?
Tubby’s last 4 seasons were 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007. Granted his last two were well below average (better than Cal 2 years ago though) but 2005 UK was a 2 seed and lost in the Elite Eight in double OT. So I’d say yes that’s very much comparable to both the 2020 and the 2019 seasons. How are you going to sit here and say Cal by a landslide when Tubby’s team was a 2 seed and went to double OT of the elite 8? Are you just not old enough to remember that Tubby did have some really good teams?

And going back 4 years UK was a 1 seed in the tournament in 2004, sadly UAB did upset us in round 2.

How is it NOT comparable?

First off, it doesn't impact me at all. Why should I care what choices someone else makes for themselves?
you can say this about any facet of the team and the sport though, you're a fan surely you care about whether players actually play. there's no point in recruiting players that aren't going to contribute to the team and help us win, that's literally the entire point of the team and the program...winning

Just saw the top 10 list of players in this class …Duke has 3 of the top 5 …Ark has 2 of them …UK has 0 …in regards to Cal and recruiting that is a stunner
That’s ESPN rankings - which are usually terrible. Same guys that had Austin Rivers #1 over Anthony Davis.

Wallace is #5 and Livingston is #10 in Rivals rankings. These are done by people who actually watch games.

What people choose and not choose to do doesn't impact me though. Why should I let it?

I choose to be a fan of the team just like players choose whether or not they want to play for that team. If they don't play, I can still be a fan. If I am not a fan, they can still play.

Who says he would have helped us? He could have been too far behind. He could have been a typical freshman who makes a lot of mistakes. He could have caused conflict taking minutes from other players. He could have been more worried about padding his stats for the league than playing for the team. And he could have helped us in practice like walkons do.

College atheltics is also about preparing student athletes to achieve their goals just like students in the classroom.

We? 🤣🤣🤣

Lol, what $250,000 have you contributed to? What new Porshe are you giving away?

Good Lord, the fact some of you feel you contribute in anyway to NIL is ignorantly laughable.

And before you say you say some stupid **** like you support the business that provides these deals...How many Porsches have you bought? 🤔
Are you really that dense?

I was responding to the poster who stated that if he were a recruit he would never consider "UK" because of their fans.

My response, now try to keep up here, was from the position that UK has taken in rewarding NIL money and perks to entice recruits to come to UK in spite of the fans.
Including possibly NEVER having to play a single minute in front of all these horrible UK fans you speak of.

Couple of things. I wouldn't give a nickle to entice a player to come to UK.

Second, if you think any of these prima donna recruits would pass up a deal like that because of some random fans comments on a message board, you have got to be dumber than owl ****.

So before YOU "say some stupid ****" like you just posted, please learn to read and understand the context of the post you are responding to.

How many $250,000 NIL deals and Porsche have you turned down because someone posted something that hurt your little feelings??

And they should be ranked there. They are elite players.

He was nailing jumpshots from the 'UK' logo at rupp during warmups. I was cool with the whole player empowerment crap too when we were winning and putting 4-5 players in the NBA every year but that ain't happening anymore so it's time to get back to what this program is supposed to be about, winning. And idk about you but as a TRUE UK fan not winning does affect me and I suspect alot of other ppl in this country. Just. Win. Baby

The irony of this is Rivals is the only site that had Rivers ahead of Davis. ESPN had Davis #1.

We have quickly descended into one of the worst fan bases in all of sports.

The negativity around here is astounding.

If I was a recruit, I wouldn't touch UK with a 10 foot pole at this point because of our fans. The trash on here, the trash on twitter, radio call in shows, etc....it's at an all-time low.
We’ve always had some of the worst fans in sports. It’s embarrassing how much UK BB fans ***** and whine about everything. Most of our fans are fair weather fans. It makes me sick.

I've noticed that alot of years players get rankings bumps just for signing with Kentucky, so the fact that these players didn't jump up makes me think they are more accurate than usual

I figured pointing out your ignorance would make you melt! Thanks for proving me correct. 😉

Also, UK doesn't reward NIL deals and perks to entice recruits. That's illegal by NCAA standards

Yes, I very much do think they would pass up these deals when they can go elsewhere and get similar. You do understand how capitalism and competition works, right?

Ohh, I understand the poster and the context and I will completely leave the saying of dumb **** to you! 😉

I would probably have to be offered to turn them down. 🤣

Too late for that. You have already said enough dumb **** on here to let me know you are a troll.

Nice try on covering up your illiteracy though. I'll give you bonus points for that.

You do realize that NIL money cannot be paid by the university. Nor can it be paid to play FOR the university. So a player signing a NIL deal would not be associated with UK at all, save to say that UK must approve the deal. Further UK would insure that any money or compensation was not tied to playing even a single minute for the cats nor contain any expectation of doing so. Mempiss and fedex was very instructive.

Cry more. Go ahead, it does so much good.

I am going to choose to continue to root for Kentucky and support our players and program, through the ups and downs.

I don't just sell out my favorite team because you aren't happy with the final game.

We're really finding out who the bandwagon fans are though which is nice.
Serious question: who on here is "selling out" UK? Who are these "bandwagon" fans you speak of? Seriously.

Aside from the obvious trolls, all of us are UK fans or we wouldn't be here to begin with. I will ALWAYS cheer for my beloved Kentucky Wildcats til the day they bury me. We can support the players and the program while being very unhappy with the current coach, the two are not mutually exclusive.

Nick Smith Jr should've let Cason have the ball and he'd have gotten MVP tonight. lol But I'd have loved to seen them team up at UK--but Cal didn't want to pull plug on Skyy Clark--and now you see why all of that talk in the Summer/Clark talk was taking place. Oh well.

Wallace/Livingston are going to be good players. Need to have frontline guys around to have them at their best though--keep Sharpe/Oscar or a big time 5 man and got to get Leonard Miller done or have someone ask out of LOI/Enter Portal who isn't in it yet. Miller will be playing against a lot of these guys at Nike Hoop Summit next weekend on the World Team.

Why was Kijani Wright there? He was arguably the worst McDonald's AA player I've seen since Neil Fingleton. Nothing he did looked like he belonged on the court.
