Tuberculosis is the world’s top infectious killer. Aid groups say Trump’s funding freezes will cause more deaths

"Aid groups and doctors warn that these cuts are likely to cause thousands of unnecessary deaths and a rise in TB infections worldwide, including in the US itself; and create the conditions for an extremely drug-resistant form of the disease to spread."

Already, more than 11,000 additional TB patients are estimated to have died in the two months since almost all USAID funding froze on January 24, according to a model built by UN-affiliated organization Stop TB Partnership.

TB infections are also expected to increase by 28-32% globally this year as a result of the cuts, according to a memo issued by a top USAID official, Nicholas Enrich, who was placed on administrative leave."

You rightfully blaming this on the Biden admin for letting millions of unvaxed disease ridden flea bitten people in the nation and giving them full Healthcare?
No, I'm blaming the radical anti-vax nutjobs on the Right and an HHS who tells the public to take cod liver oil instead. Why isn't he screaming from the mountaintop to get all children vaccinated immediately? We had eliminated it and now it's roaring back because of anti-vax idiots.

You can't blame this on other countries who have very high levels of vaccination - Mexico for example has a 97% vaccination rate against measles.

I'm old enough to remember when Michelle Obama wanted healthier school lunches for school children and y'all called it tyranny.

Never in the history of humanity has a political movement been driven by such stupidity.

Agree on the school lunches. Same with Bloomberg trying to limit jumbo sodas. Everyone should support healthier diet, food supply, lifestyle and a movement that obesity is not okay.

I tend to think there has to be a line somewhere due to personal freedom, etc, but agreed.

100%. This is why I think there should be penalties for voluntary obesity. You absolutely can eat and drink all you want. Go nuts! But you pay the proportional share of your cost in the risk pool.

If the actuaries say an obese person is likely to incur 6X the medical spend of a normal person, then their premiums should be 6X. And there should be a Medicare surcharge as well.

Zero infringement on personal freedoms. Just pay your fair share.

Yeah, I internally struggle some due to food deserts, healthy food very often costs more, or spoils faster, etc. And so in practice, it is somewhat of a vicious cycle. But you definitely have people like you're describing that it isn't due to those factors but only a choice. Just saying I struggle some at the policy level. There are also legitimate genetic factors at play. But I agree with the principle.

Now, I would fully support WIC/SNAP etc removing some obvious options that aren't nutritious. Hamburger helper isn't exactly brimming with vitamins and nutrition, but is a meal, etc. But no one needs soda to live, so don't think it should be covered, etc.

Yea I agree. If I were to draw up a comprehensive plan, it would also include investments in food deserts, mandatory nutrition education at all levels, banning harmful additives in foods, subsidizing healthy food production, premium increases on lifestyle-induced health issues (ex obesity), Medicare surcharges for that as well, banning soda, candy and unhealthy food/drink from SNAP/WIC, etc etc.

We should aggressively attack the issue from all angles.

Can get behind all that. This feels like an area I actually believe more money up front actually saves us more money in the long term.

RFK Jr needs to see this

This is one of the Most Important Videos you will watch

American Farmer says he’s tested his soil and it has 5x the amount of aluminum it used to have. The GMO seeds grow fine, all his heirloom seed crops are all the sudden failing (shows proof)

Reminder, Bill Gates is creating GMO seeds that grow in aluminum rich soil. I’ve posted the video proof

RFK Jr said he would fight our skies being sprayed. This needs immediate attention

We are being ruled by extremely evil people and if this continues, one day only their GMO seeds will be the ones that grow. They’ll have total control of our food supply.

It's always fun to ask Grok about your conspiracy tweets since we know Elon wouldn't create a deep state fake news AI, right Growls? How about you start doing that before you bomb the board with ridiculous ******** every night?

---------------

"There is no credible evidence that Bill Gates is creating GMO seeds specifically designed to grow in aluminum-rich soil. Claims about this appear to stem from a video posted on X by an American farmer alleging a sudden increase in soil aluminum levels, with GMO crops thriving while heirloom crops failed. The post linked this to Gates, suggesting he is developing such seeds. However, these claims are speculative and lack substantiation from reliable sources.

Gates has long supported GMO technology through the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which funds agricultural innovation, including drought-resistant and high-yield GMO seeds to address food security, particularly in Africa. For instance, in 2018, Gates emphasized the role of GMO seeds in improving productivity and resilience against climate challenges like drought and flooding. His foundation has also invested in initiatives like the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) and research into nitrogen-fixing microbes, but these focus on broader agricultural challenges, not aluminum-rich soils.

The idea of aluminum-rich soil being deliberately manipulated or targeted by Gates seems to originate from unverified social media posts and lacks backing from scientific or institutional sources. Aluminum is naturally abundant in soil, and high levels can be toxic to plants, but there’s no documented evidence of Gates or his foundation pursuing GMO seeds tailored for such conditions. Critics of Gates’ agricultural initiatives, like the African Centre for Biodiversity, focus on concerns about corporate control, pesticide use, and monocultures, not aluminum-specific seed development.

Always be cautious with claims from social media lacking primary source verification. If you want me to dig deeper into soil science or Gates’ GMO investments, let me know!"

CELLULOSE...Is Leftover Tree Fiber From Paper Mills & Cardboard Box Factories. It's WOOD!
Dr Ken Berry, MD

The Cellulose That's Added to Shredded Cheese & 100s Of Products Does Not Come From Vegetables.

It's Sanitized & Ground Up Rejected Wood From The Logging Industry.

In 1973, The FDA Made Sanitized Wood Fiber, AKA CELLULOSE, Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS), To Profit From The Industry Of "High Fiber Foods" & To Be A Cost Cutting Filler.

The FDA qualifies any cheese product containing 51% real cheese a "Pasteurized Processed Cheese." The other 49% is salt, food dyes, preservatives, emulsifiers, artificial ingredients & cellulose. Manufacturers do this to cut costs.

Sanitized & Ground Up Rejected Wood From The Logging Industry, Paper Mills & Cardboard Factories Is A Filler In 100s Of Products.

Cellulose Names To Watch For On Ingredient Labels:

Can't keep doing the same thing.

New Commissioner of the FDA Marty Makary gives shocking statistics

- Massive rise in chronic diseases
- 1 in 6 women now affected with autoimmune diseases
- 50% of kids are sick
- Pre diabetes affects about 20% of teens
- 70% of kids are not qualifying for the military

“We've got to start talking about our problems and not just keep throwing medications at them.”
