Yeah it’s wide open for us. Purdue with no defense is the type of team we should thrive against. If cal can’t walk into the EE and get us to a ff he should go nothing stopping us
No excuses from here on out. UK controls their own destiny now.
Murray St. scares me a bit but if we beat them I'd feel good about a Final Four run. Would like to avoid Purdue if possible, Ivey and Edey could give us fits.

I’m not high in UK at the moment, but they got a great draw for the first time in a very long time. We’ll see if they can pick it up

I agree with this 100 percent. But I hate that they did this. A lot of UK fans root for Murray as well and vice versa.
Same. I know Murray will be keyed up to play UK, but on paper we waltz to the Sweet 16. Purdue worries me more than Baylor for sure. That’s a very tough Sweet 16 matchup and could go either way.
Agreed. I know the idea is that Murray is going to be super motivated to play UK, but IMO that plays against teams often. Too much self-imposed pressure.
If that is the second round matchup it will probably be close for the first two thirds or 3/4 and UK will pull away.
It’s a nice draw if we are playing well. Lately we have not been playing well at all.

I hate the second round match-up. Murray State is my second favorite team in the field.
Agree but draws can be tricky. In 2014, we had the mother of all draws, and were playing horribly, but got to title game.

Good bracket overall Purdue’s size and length is a issue but edey can’t run and Purdue doesn’t really guard anybody
