So a Starkville 4star has an offer from P5s all over the United States except..... State. Hahahahaha. Can't make this up.

ahoy statey!

Correction .. Appears he does have an offer from State. https://twitter.com/lukealtmyer9

I doubt it, he played sparingly, left early and has major red flags. I wouldn't be surprised if hes an undrafted free agent or taken in the last round.

Appears Moorhead offered him in February

Do you get taken advantage of often?

[DAWG61]

Not nearly as often as you're a dumbass

I think he goes in the top 4 rounds, and I expect him to test as well as any true LB in the draft class.

WalterFootball has his current projection “3 - 5th round”. I think it’s more likely to rise between now and April than fall.

NFL places a premium on being able to handle yourself like an adult, something Willie hasn't shown. Willie Gay will be a very late 4th round draft pick at best. I predict he goes 5th or 6th.

[HumpDawgy]

No one player or coach on last year's team did more damage to our success than Willie Gay. That is the painful truth.

[DAWG61]

********. Guidry dropping 15 passes is worse and there's plenty of other examples before you get to our best defensive player. MSU fans have a hard-on for Gay.

I tried the Twitter trick BCash it didn’t work; sorry. Also do we feel the same way about Simmons?

I dont see anything wrong with what Simmons tweeted.

Yep, has all the ability in the world if he would just grow up and start acting like a responsible adult.

I think you are the one with a BONER 4 GAY.

We should clarify - the NFL doesn't care about the only Chemistry suspension or the "GO!!!!" tweet. That's MSU fans projecting frustration with Willie. They could have some issue with punching a QB, but he wasn't even suspended for it. I'm sure a discussion with Moorhead, or some other coach, would give them all the insight they need.

Long story short - I could see that stuff being a much bigger deal to the fanbase than to a GM.
