Gay cheated on Bonehead Chemistry, got caught, helped get MSU on probation, cost MSU two scholarships, got kicked out of one of the few games he actually played in this year for taking his helmet off and bringing attention to himself, got into a fight with the starting QB breaking his eye socket that was the eventual nail in the coffin for JoeMo.

I’ll go ahead and ax the question: did WG declare on his own or was he “encouraged” to do so by MSU? If I recall he declared before Leach was retained, so if he was encouraged to go it was by someone else in the AD.
I think he goes in the top 4 rounds, and I expect him to test as well as any true LB in the draft class.

If he had concentrated on playing football as a team player, and came back next year he has first round talent. I doubt he will be drafted before the 3rd round at the earliest. The NFL makes tons of money every year by not making stupid decisions and throwing its money away. He has a lot of growing up to do.
