We think the team is bad and that you are one of the worst and most unlikeable posters in the history of the internet. You shouldn’t be allowed to start threads.
I think the start has been terrible. I think it’s too soon to say if the team will end up alright. I don’t think he’s an absolute LIAR. They do need to mesh quicker and figure out how to get the offense going ASAP.
The thing is, Jerry Carino watched practice 4 or 5 times and ALSO said this is probably Pike’s best team.

I don’t have evidence of it beyond both he and Carino saying it preseason and knowing more about basketball than you or I, that’s why I said “I think the start has been terrible.” I’m also not as nervous as you and am not going to declare the season over after 5 games. They need to get better, they’re not dead yet though.
To be fair, while obviously not dead, this is a major major setback. We will probably need to play like a top 25 for the rest of the year to get into the tournament now.
I’ve yet to be a total miseráb but here I am- looking at that RWJ athletic facility. I thought we’d start getting some dawgs consistently because we seemed to be doing things the right way and trending up each year with pike. Looks like big whiffs and now limited production. I’m sad
It’s definitely a setback but don’t think it’s a huge difference. We’ll need to finish top 7 in B1G with something like a 12-8 record, as opposed to maybe top 8 with 11-9. Probably would end up with a lower seed though.
