Their feedback should dictate what they should do, but I guess the leeches keep telling them to stay in the draft.

Interesting comment made about AH and Maxey.

More than likely it’s entirely made up but I would believe the disagreements in the locker room part. Anyone who has ever been on a sports team would probably believe it. That stuff happens.

They’re all gone. It’ll be another year where everything rides on just how mature the freshmen are.

Not expecting any of them back. Heck, I wouldn’t be surprised if Brooks decided to bolt.

The Hagans and Montgomery rumor is interesting. I could live with those two back.

Hagans, Clarke, Boston, Brooks, and Montgomery would be one killer defensive unit. It would see 90% zone on offense, though. No real shooters at all. Pretty typical Cal team, killer defense, very athletic, good in transition, but no outside shooting to speak of.

I think this virus situation really makes it tough for quickley to not go. This will be an absolutely putrid draft and these teams probably won't be able to run players through combines or individual drills. All they'll have is game film.

Quickley will never have higher stock. Not by a longshot. Next year he'll be the fourth best guard prospect on the team.

You don't think IQ could improve his stock by successfully showing his ability to run point guard next year?

Clarke and Boston aren’t good shooters?

Who knows at this point. We all thought Juzang and Baker were going to be good shooters.

They were/are good shooters but if you’re not on the OAD path you’ll not get much opportunity to show it. And if you do and miss your first shot you’re back on the bench.

Some will say it’s their defense but Baker was a very adequate defender and JJ wasn’t THAT bad.

I believe this. I got a sense of Hagan's jealousy toward Maxey while watching the first few games.
Then Hagans will be really jealous next year running with two premier players like Clarke and Boston. I still don’t believe it anyway. I believe Hagans put to much pressure on himself try to impress is all.

These constant changing rumors are getting exhausting. My goodness.

You hit the nail on the head when you said “rumors”. Given the state of affairs in the world, no one knows what will happen with anything, let alone college kids.

He'd show he's a much better player yes. But much of it is about his draft class. This class is so weak maxey is a top 10 lock, potentially top 5.

The other key is the inability to work out these prospects. Quickley really lacks explosive leaping. But won't matter if they can't measure it. All they have is game film where he won sec player of the year.

So if he came out next year he'd be a better prospect. Just not as compared to the other members of the draft class.

JJ could not guard a grandmother in a wheelchair. He was terrible defensively. Baker was pretty good however.

On MBC Sports website they have a list of early entrants and the notable players that have a decision to make....EJ is no where on the notables list.
