***** KENTUCKY VS. PROVIDENCE OFFICIAL GAME THREAD *****

[KentuckyStout]

And we are shooting bricks and giving up threes now.

Terrible start to the first half.

[G-PIP]

Looks like we might have to rely on poor shooting by Providence, and win in the rock fight.

[ala_kat2]

Oscar making DUMB decisions. Offsetting g all those rebounds

[TheWyldKat_rivals45219]

Oscar thinks he is Olajuwon sometimes lol

[Demarcus Kidd-Miller]

Well that's not how you start a half. Be nice if Oscar would pass out of a double team.

[RoyKent]

We had a chance to blow this game open and instead crap our pants.

[Thunder Mash]

Enough with the Toppin jumpers. Get him all the way to the basket or let someone else try.

[Catluv]

Hopkins grabbed O with both hands!!

[TheExhaustedOne]

It never ever ever fails with a Cal team. Just unwatchable. Absolutely nothing comes easy.

[RACdad]

Just like that, down to 3, because we can't score.
I'm telling you guys, it's our offense.

They've had shots, just didn't execute

[Runnin'Ramel]

Rinse and repeat start to 2H.

This is why every possession is so critical. This team cannot hold leads.

[ck-2]

Toppin and his Jordan fadeaway jumpers.

[MbergCat]

We hate prosperity.

[BGCATFAN2012]

Guess the reaching and hacking on Oscar is fake news..

[megablue]

Reeves is not getting touches.
Wallace just gives up the ball.
Toppin doing too much.
We need a few more passes before shots.

[NoahColeLiam2024!]

This team proves they can be bi-polar in the same game.

[fs-ripcord65]

Calipari called a timeout because he's gotten scared. Read "panic."

[DaDirtyLeb69]

This bunch doesn’t enjoy comfortable wins,

[Jamal Mercer]

This team….

I’ve run out of things to say

[Ash Williams]

Oscar trying to force it

He got fouled 3 times in that last possession.

[gbl97]

Layups and 3s please.

[Kingslayer07]

Well...here we go...

[NociHTTP]

Oscar thinks he's 6'11 ... he had someone wide open on the arc, but took an ill-advised hook.

[kywildcat1021979]

Instead of blowing them out we let them back in it only to try to finish this game by Cal’s famous rock fight!

[wccat]

Looked like Hopkins 3rd on the Oscar hack.

[Lempface]

Oscar pass the fking ball out of double teams please.

[jrm693]

I believe I have seen this movie before

[BlueWorldOrder74]

Too many mistakes and missing three easy buckets to start second - this is what leads to playing tight. We should be up 14. Oscar needs to keep the ball high. And he needs to quit just flipping the ball up in the air. Dunk that ****. Geez.

[tls]

7-0 run. Will Cats score before they get behind??

[ukwildcat2004]

Geez. This absolutely bi polar team.

[Ash Williams]

This is no final four team. Sorry Charles.

[wccat]

I believe I have seen this movie before

Yes. It was a horror movie.

[ala_kat2]

Oscar is terrible this game handling the ball and unable to score when he gets it inside.

[cathouse_rivals216755]

Cal's second half adjustments. Playing through Oscar.

[GoNoles111]

Oscar KICK THE DAMN BALL toppin is wide open for 3 right there my god

[Big BlueBeard]

So much for coming out hot.

[kyjeff1]

They've had shots, just didn't execute

Been like that for years, I don't carevwhat the numbers say, the issue isn't our defense, we go cold too often, it's our offense

[Ugoff]

pepto in play.

[EliteBlue]

Stop trying to play through Oscar. Play through reeves off high screens using Toppin for pick and roll/pop. Put Wallace on the wing ready to catch and shoot bc that’s all he’s been ok at the last month.

[gbl97]

Toppin made two shots so it's time for the showcase of 18 foot fadeaways.
