Every time we make a push, they answer with a big three to halt momentum.

We miss a 2 point jumper and then they hit a three. It's like clockwork.

We have offensive deficiencies that must be addressed as well as defensive. Some of it is the same old same old though with Cal's teams early in the season. We typically aren't rounding into one of the best offensive teams in the country until late January.

Youth is showing today. It's fine. We'll learn that you can't get away with this stuff against a good team.

UCLA packing it in. Gotta defend, rebound, run out for layups, take good shots and hit them. I don't get taking all these threes when they weren't built for it.

Unless they imrpove. Season is young but this would be a 20pt game on a neutral court.

Hard to put the blame on the players when the gameplay stinks and they keep making the same mistakes over and over again.

We joke about it, but we NEED shooters. Driving and athleticism is awesome but if you can't shoot then we're going to continue to lose to teams like this when are defense sucks.

2011 we went to the FF with Lamb, Knight, Miller, and Co. 2012 we won a natty with Lamb and Miller. 2014 we were runner up with Aaron Harrison playing insane. 2015 we go to a FF with Booker and Aaron Harrison.

This year Monk needs to looks to shoot more. We need plays set up for him to shoot. We need more from Mulder (not sure we isn't getting a crack today). One of Gabriel or Willis has to step up.

If all we can do is drive and dunk/lay up we will continue to lose. If we continue to play lazy defense and give up boards we get dominated.

Knew this game was over from tip when i saw ucla's hard work ethic starting lineup. Basketball players always have the advantage early season against pure athletes

We miss wide open shots and they got a right handed guy hitting 3 from his left shoulder. Can't beat luck.

I still think Cal wants them to lose this one. He is letting the same guys constantly make the same mistakes. Trying to prove a point I think since he gave them big heads with all the talk of how good they are.

I remember a very smart coach saying one time, the team that hits shots will win this game. I see that happening today......we are not hitting shots.

Mulder at the 3 & Jones at the 4 would make this a much better shooting team & open up driving lanes.

I don't understand how Mulder does not get a look. Is Cal seriously going to give Briscoe a green light all year and not give an actual shooter any PT? And is this seriously going to gon on for two more years? Because no one is drafting a SG who can't shoot.

UCLA is just better
Not referees
Better Coached better players
Calapari plays man defense under our basket
Who does that
Elite offensive teams abuse a switching man defense ( Wisconsin)
Refs were bad. But you're right.
