Make that 12 years since a title, 9 since a final four, 6 since the sec tourney and 4 since sec regular season come March 2024.

I see that Cal has had time to scrap whatever we were doing in Canada, and get down to work installing his own sets. I see poor movement, poor spacing, lots of dribbling, and bad shots late. It looks like we are playing a normal Cal offense folks. We are gonna lose a lot of damned games this season if this is our game plan.

Heck if anyone thought we were going to come out in the first half of an exhibition (game 1) and just go up 50 to 2 is crazy. Not a Cal thing to do. UK did about what I thought they would in the first half. I figured we would be up by 6 or 8 but we fell apart the last minute. Will be a close game most the night.

I am sorry guys, NO VERSION of this GT team should be within 10 pts of the talent we have currently at halftime. Make all the excuses we want, we get top tier talent year after year yet seem to lay eggs constantly recently the last 5 years. Something, and it isn't talent, has been the constant.

I'd like to say one day he will learn, but I know better. Cal is confident he is the smartest person in every room, so he'll never learn anything at this point.

Fully expect UK to make some runs and put this to bed in the second half. But good lord does this not look like the same team we’ve seen the past three years.

I don’t want to hear, Gtown looks good. They’re NAIA for a reason, UK has projected draft picks playing for them, this should be a 20point game minimum at this point.
