I don't think they have a tape like that. If they did, we would have heard about it by now.
But those of you who think immunity protects Leo and us if they do are wrong. Immunity is for the player only, not the school, and it applies only to things he told them (and there is no way he mentioned taking money from us) and it only applies to things he told them TSUN did. If they can show that he took money from us, immunity means nothing.
That is why Saban told his players not to say a word, and why we should have, too. If he told them LSU or Alabama offered him money, he has no immunity for that, either, another thing I hear McCreedy is saying.
I am sure it is all ******** during the Egg Bowl week, but if true, we are not in the clear by any means.
Immunity is for the player only. But the NCAA can only ask questions about UM investigation and the players knowledge to confirm information they already have on UM. They never give immunity to find out something. It is to collaborate information they have already obtained elsewhere. And all of this questioning is done with the school's lawyers and athletic department present. There is not one question that will be asked or allowed to be asked that pertains to our recruitment of the player.
Let me know how much probation Tennessee got for the Albert Means case when immunity was given. Fulmer was so deep in that mess he even had to testify in the Grand Jury for the Logan Young trial.
