Let me make one more comment here folks, straight from the heart, and you can take it or leave it, and most will leave it, whatever. @CincyUKFan @Gromcat @STL_Cat @BigBlueFanGA

After a long day, with a meeting that forced me to miss the 2nd half of our game, and dealing with the fact that my team lost again, which sucks, and then a 2 hour youth group meeting with 25 teens, i get home and I get on this board to check to see if any moderation needs to happen, and what do I see? A personal call-out wanting me to eat crow about Wheeler. So, I not only have to deal with the loss, I have to deal with attacks from my own "friends" on a message board. This is the big happy family, eh? I guess asking for a little understanding is too much, eh? I can't even get any consolation from fellow UK fans. I've got family members gloating over the loss and I come here for a reprieve and some comrades, but it's a call-out. Yep, it struck me wrong. There it is.
Pastor, you haven’t received 10% of the “negative callouts” that I have. I believe that is due to you being a mod.

People wheeler is jumping up and down on the sideline. He’s not hurt. Look at the timing of when he quit. It’s NOT HARD to understand this.

Those that refuse are being obtuse and sticking with a script. End it.

Wheeler should have been kicked off the team and a point should have been sent to the rest. You don’t control this program. This is another reason why we keep losing. We’re teaching them to be brats and pussies. I’m sorry enough is enough. Ban me.

Get A COACH in charge to set the table and get this weak ******** out of here. They have parents, he’s not a parent. He’s our coach, and it’s time he either realize it or straight up be fired. Contract aside.
Amen, hallelujah and way to go!!! Exactly what I was thinking, but you said it much better. Thank you!!!

T. Clarke was out for 3 months with a sprained ankle.
J. Vanderbilt was out all but like 5 games because of whatever.
Wheeler is out 1.5 months with a sprained ankle.
Q. Green quits 5 games into the season.
Dragon quits 5 games into the season.
C. Fletcher was injured/suspended/grounded, never came back, who the hell knows.
S. Sharpe never plays a game.

Mysterious injuries that nobody with half a brain would buy. Several others straight up leave the team early in the season. Some chose not to play at all.

Looks like we have a cultural issue.
Yes,I would call it spoiled and weak.

Cal covers for these guys to cover his own ***.

If he admits that Sharpe used him or that his previously-starting PG Wheeler quit on him, it looks bad.

Now, mind you, every fan with a brain sees straight through the charade. My only point is that Cal thinks he's running effective cover for his failures at running a program.

Where have you been @susan2361 ?
Haveseen you on here in a while.

Hope things are better for you.
Thanks cathouse. That means a lot. Just a bunch of stuff finalizing my mom's estate. It's just me, and I didn't realize there was so much to take care of. Wow!!!

But I have missed you all and it's good to be back in the mix, so to speak.

Cal's been protecting weak-minded guys for years.

Orton
Harrow
Gabriel
SKJ
Green
Whitney
Fletcher
Sharpe
Hagans
Vanderbilt

Wheeler is just the most recent installment of Cal's long history of hiding players who want to be hidden.
And years ago after the Harrow ordeal Cal proclaimed to "NEVER be held hostage again", only to go through it with ALL of those players you listed above.

No wonder his players, fans or the media BLOWS OFF everything he says.

A very famous person once said "In this life you shall have tribulation. But be of good cheer, for I have overcome this world."

I'm pretty sure you know this famous person. He was right.

I've never had to deal with settling an estate but I know of many who have and I've heard some crazy stories. That's a bunch of stress, and on top of dealing with the grief as well. Hope things go well for you. 🙏

Just went through that with my Mom not too long ago.

Really difficult situation that totally consumes a person.

Welcome back. Wish it was on better terms, but just jump right back in here and help me and @Backer cutter roast this fat pig and his minions.

Fall in, soldier.

Thanks IL Wildcat!! I appreciate it very much. My mom and I were very close, so it's been hard. I miss her terribly. But you're right about the crazy stories...I could fill your ears for hours...😆! And it's just me...no other family to help. But I have learned alot!!

For heaven's sake, EVERYONE needs a will!! That's just one thing. But I could go on for days, but I won't. But thanks again. It's good to be back!! I have missed my BBN brothers and sisters!!! (Even if we get on each other's nerves sometimes...😛😀🙂.)

Since He was speaking of problems in "this world" I think it might be covered.
I understand. But I’m pretty sure that the dude was talking to his closest friends who were about to face serious persecution and hardship, precisely because they chose to follow him and take his message to the world.

I just think a dude suffering on a message board is a little bit different than the suffering that the famous man has in mind.

But hey, if you want to read things totally out of context, go for it. I can do all things through that man who strengthens me, so I’m about to teleport to work instead of drive.

NIL money.
A new car to drive.
Bushels of Bugger
Front row seat at all games.
Free food.
Free lodging.
Dental insurance.
Health insurance.
Free brownies......
CCC is Woke as hell.. that's one of his problems. Liberal and Woke explains Sharp, Wheeler and the whole player first at the expense of the University mentality. I wouldn't doubt we'll have a transgender player before he's gone.

I’m starting to wonder if he’s been derelict of duty and what it could mean for separating. It just doesn’t seem right that he can openly admit he’s not doing his job for the program and university but it’s not a problem.
I have read Cal's contract. It's on the University website or you or anyone can Google it. I am not an attorney so I didn't understand a lot of the legal stuff. But there is a list of fireable offenses as well as a "show cause" statement. I don't know how any of it works. Maybe BBN has an attorney out there who could translate it in English for the rest of us to understand.

I am in the middle of dealing with a family estate. It’s unbelievable. The corruption from the lawyers side and what they con people into doing is sick.

I’ve hired an attorney and am currently battling a family over this evil. It’s made my life a living hell, but I have to try for the kids. I’ve been up for months all night studying probate law and our family will. I tell people all the time, there are no safeguards. If you make a will or estate with a lawyer, never leave the will with the lawyer. Have other lawyers look at it, and take it with you or they keep it. And your family is in for it. Unless it goes through probate (court) then they probably duped your family member in some way. Most dishonest ******** I’ve ever been through. Never leave your will with the lawyer that wrote it. You can pick one after she’s gone. If you leave it with them, they keep it forever and they might have put language in it that makes it harder for you than you think.

My grandfather was a great business man and knew his finance inside and out. But he’s wasn’t a lawyer, and the lawyers know this. Trust none of them.

I feel what you’re going through even if it’s a little different. I absolutely hate what money can do to people.

It was on here in one of the dozens of threads about it. It’s plausible to me because there’s not too many things that could be described as a “tailbone issue” requiring a minor procedure, but it wasn’t really any kind of sourced claim from a reporter.
I also read it in a news article, not on here, though. I have tried to find it, but my memory isn't so good lately. I wanted to find it and put a link on here. If I find it,I will.

That's the definition of thin skinned. The posters on this board have no idea what kind of day you had. They might have had a worse day than you had and their team lost too. If you have a bad day and come on here with the mentality that you need consolation from other posters that's a problem. You being called out is part of participating on a this or any other discussion board. I really don't post all that often. I come here because this is the most reliable place to get information on and about the team. Other than you, most Mods here don't seem to be thin skinned or argumentative. But you have a bite to your type that reminds me of a small town crooked sheriff and I stay clear. There it is.

According to some on this board, Wheeler is so bad that you should be glad that he stopped playing for whatever the reason.
The Wheeler situation whatever the story was as big a cluster as the Sharpe situation last season. Add in Allen who quit going to classes at some point last year. This is a yearly event with Cal and it is getting old in a hurry. I know you will come up with reasonably good Cal defense but to anyone who is a UK fan it won't hold water. Cal's management of players and the program has become a joke.

Agreed. It’s getting old fast, like gears ago.

Although LMD isn’t a Calipari Cult guy. But his defense of wheeler when he clearly quit and was probably causing issues is bizarre.

Not worrying about pissing off a mod is easy. Just have enough balls to say what you mean. I have no idea who is or isn't a mod, and I don't care. I've been banned. It didn't change me in the least.
I got 6 months and the mod didn’t even identify themselves. Oh no I skipped a bunch of misery during a **** season that I said would be ****, who would’ve known

I know about dealing with peoples problems. I chose to do that for a living and didn’t have to. I have plenty of rental business in my portfolio, I went to college to show kids that you can be a 9th grade dropout and still succeed in college. Then I majored in a field that doesn’t pay a great deal to be a therapist so I could reach them. It’s really hard dealing with kids in trouble when you know it starts and ends with parents and they don’t have them. Successful people are naturally arrogant. Most of them had parents that gave them value. They showed them they matter and that’s why they were able to compete in the world. They never think about it because they’ve always had it.

Anyway, this ain’t as serious as the things we’re talking about. I wouldn’t take it personally. People that don’t even like you here, like you here. If that makes sense.

And I just want to release steam and instigate problems if I can. I hope that’s okay.
Despite our differences in opinion I too share the same feeling towards this board and if you’d like you can call me one of those “friends.” I don’t dislike people because they disagree with me, it only becomes an issue when I don’t like their tact or tone. And I can’t remember a post by you that had an offensive tact or tone. Maybe I missed it and I’m blissfully ignorant but I really don’t remember any. Plus, we share a common faith so you can’t be THAT bad

Nah I don’t think so. I pretty much agree with your takes. Don’t remember an issue. And I try to get along, but when I’m attacked I go red. But I try not to.
