This is starting to sound really favorable for UK. If we get Juzang and manage to add Blackshear, then we'll be a legit two deep at every position...provided Montgomery and Richards return. If Allen is able to play, we'll be in even better shape. Quickly and Maxey are pretty good shooters. Juzang and Allen are really good shooters. And Sestina can step out there and make some shots too. It will be nice to have multiple shooters on the floor at the same time.

This would still be a relatively young team and I'd love to see us add one more grad transfer for experience, but this is a team that should have a very legit chance of winning a title. This would be a deep team that could withstand a potential injury without disaster. It would have a good mix of talent/experience. It would be a tall, athletic team. And it should be a team that is above average in terms of Cal's UK teams in terms of shooting. This would be a very solid squad with very few weaknesses.

Lets hope if he commits Allen will redshirt and be 100% healthy when he comes back the next would be a awesome get in Juzang.

I've been reading a little bit about him. He's half Vietnamese, he has an older brother playing ball at Harvard, and his high school is in a wealthy part of Los Angeles in north Hollywood. Apparently his father is CEO of a healthcare staffing company and his mother is a financial advisor.

Supposedly he's wanting to be a one-and-done, but it won't be for financial reasons. Sounds like his family is pretty wealthy.

Was wondering that myself. They would be a home run, both can shoot. Heard Brown might stay at Nevada, but would be cool to get some of these guys in to practice with the team and get ready for next year.

Brooks is a pure 3, with the bigs we have can't see him getting minutes anywhere else. If Juang can't guard the 2, Cal could have Brooks at the 4 and Juang at the 3 to have more scoring opportunities. Will depend on what Juang can do on defense. I do

I suspect Allen will be 100%, but he's going to have a hard time finding the floor as a freshman. I hope Cal redshirts him and gives him 4 more years. A kid like that could be a big part of a title team down the line.

Just going by history alone tells me that he won't be here for 4 years. Maybe happens with a KY kid but I can tell you that Dontaie doesn't think he will be at UK for 4 years. Multiple years, yes but not 4 years.

I would anticipate that his ranking will remain virtually the same, though to be perfectly honest, the 2020 class as a whole is much stronger than the 2019 class. I'd be surprised if Juzang isn't somewhere in the top 30.

I’d say much higher if it’s stronger and he’s already at 21

I was doubting that he's 6'7 based on the picture I saw of he and Cal. But then Justus is in the same pic, and he was listed at 6'6 in college and he and JJ look roughly the same height, so maybe he is....

SGA might be a good best case comp. Both have unorthodox games, not a ton of athleticism. I say that based only on the clips I've seen, which isn't much.....

Just from the few videos I've seen on this thread, his size and form on his shot really reminds me of Klay Thompson. Obviously he probably wont be as good, but it would be nice.
