we still have the wrong guy starting at QB.We lost to one of if not the best teamS in college football. Get the **** over it and move on. Still plenty to play for, including a trip to the CFP.

That game didn't help their chances for sure, but it's a bigger problem at 10-2 than it is at 11-1. Iowa gets in at 11-1. 10-2 depends on how they look getting there and how other teams look. 11-1 also seems unattainable unless Iowa gets an adequate running game going. It's been brutal vs P4 opponents.Iowa will drop all the way out of the rankings and barely receive votes after that performance. It will take a miracle, to get back to the top 12 come CFP time.
11 - 1 might not get you there if you don't make 5he B1G championship game because of the early stumbles from the leaders of the conference. The precedent is undefeated FSU, and two undefeated Utah teams, and a double undefeated UCF team.
The Hawkeyes didn't have to win this game, but they couldn't be inept on offense and keep their goals in front of them. Brian Ferentz ball is no longer acceptable in this era of football.
I've read many of OiT's posts over the years, he's not a clown, he's an Iowa fan. Like many posting yesterday and today he often is a glass half empty fan (or a glass with two drops on the bottom fan). You‘re such a drag dude. You used to be mildly entertaining. Now, you’re just a fvcking clown.
They aren't going to be 11-1 the way they moved the ball Saturday, but let's just say they win at Washington and somehow get there, but the offense continues to score < 20 ppg and can't run.11-1 will 1000% get them in the playoffs, bud. The offense is way better than with Brian. Not many teams would move the ball well against Ohio St. chill.
Referring to the FLA team that got boat raced by Mizzou? LOLThey aren't going to be 11-1 the way they moved the ball Saturday, but let's just say they win at Washington and somehow get there, but the offense continues to score < 20 ppg and can't run.
The 1 loss to OSU puts you in tiebreaker possibilities to get into the BTCG alongside Oregon, UCLA, and Indiana. I think it’s possible that out of the group of teams you beat, there's not a single quality win in the group. Say you win the tiebreaker and get boat raced in the BTCG - it doesn't get you in over at-large LSU or Florida.
If they fix the run game, Iowa needs Nebraska or Northwestern or Wisconsin or Minnesota to win out except against Iowa to make the case. That probably isn't happening with Nebraska or NW. The best chance is Minnesota to get a quality win in the back half of the schedule. They have the lightest schedule of that set of teams.
