Jay was asked by Greenburg to name the top three back courts in the tournament. He named Oklahoma, UNC, and California as his picks. No mention of UK, not that it really matters what he thinks, just thought it was laughable.

Jay wouldn't know what a top back court looked like based on his own experience

Jay was a baller and single handedly defeated us when they played us. His comments sometimes do baffle me sometimes but overall, he has been very complimentary of John Calipari.

I really don't think you could make an intelligent argument that any of those three are better than Ulis/Murray. I would say Ulis and Dunn are tied for best PG in the nation, and Murray is probably second best SG after Hield. To not mention them in the top three is a serious indictment on your credibility in sports commentating.

Hey guys guess what? Haters going to hate. Jay went to duke so he cant fight that feeling and Mike and Mike are mad at Matt Jones for attacking them over Ricky P interviews.

News flash: Mike and Mike and Jay can kiss the 8 rings and shut the hell up.

Jay does realize that Cal's best player, Tyrone Wallace, is a guard and has a fractured hand, right? Second time this season he has fractured that hand, first time he missed five games that spanned January 21st through February 6 so he's likely going to be out through this weekend at a minimum.

He did mention that, saying "if he were healthy"

Just filler. These guys have to fill air time talking about something. Just a bunch of noise. The people that matter are on the UK bench during games and on the floor. Everything else is just noise.

Jay Williams trolls UK on purpose because of the attention it brings him from our fans He's extremely active on Twitter and likes the back and forth with fans who disagree with him. Kinda sucks that he's gone that direction.....I actually used to like him. Just ignore him.

I think Williams plays a personality on TV and almost forgets what he has said in the past. I don't think he truly believes half of what he says. He wants to be the lighting rod of the analysts. His favorite statement seems to be "I know I'm going to get blasted for this..." then he says something off the wall.

Not everyone is gonna agree to see things the way that BBN would like. Just have to face that and enjoy the games.

Jay has regressed for sure he can't even hide his homerism , so far Cal and UK have several near misses on Championships and all the Dukies and rest of ACC homers are scared and jealous.

Greenie and Jay also '100% agree" that UNC beats UK in 2012 if healthy. LMAO

Why question a team that was ranked #1 9/10 of the season and beat the "guaranteed to have won if healthy" team already that season? A team that set the record for most wins in a season, had the national player of the year, and was less than 10 points away from being undefeated.
Why not question a team like UConn in 2014 when there were umpteen better teams? No one questions 2010 Duke outside of UK fans.

And you'll never hear them 100% agree UK would have won last year if completely healthy.

Sports media, and pretty much every other form of media, has become focused almost entirely on generating comments, views and therefore more ad revenue. Nobody cares about informed views. Just inflammatory ones.

Not sure why everyone puts so much stock in he said she said he picked them he picked us. Who cares? These so called "experts" are just guessing or trying to get attention and know less than probably 80 percent of the people on this board.

Well, evaluating talent looks like the second thing Jay's not very good at.

During the 2012 season UK and Davis got much better after their early season matchup with UNC, in which, UK won. As the season went on, Davis became a beast! I don't remember UNC getting extremely better.

I don't care who was out for UNC or who could have played. No way they beat that UK team.

One thing I have learned, Duke and UNC would be praised and thought of as the greatest things on earth even if they played the Golden State Warriors!!!

But I guess if every talking head has played or graduated from UNC or Duke, that's what they will say regardless!!!! And how many teams would UK have beaten if they had been healthy? They'll never mention that! Sorry for the rant! I just get sooooo sick of all the mouths on tv!

Actually, UK won by one at home which means UK did not cover the spread. But UK did win.
And UNC was on an equal upward trajectory just like UK leading to a possible tourney meeting. Maybe slightly higher. Henson was improving dramatically as was Davis. If all players were healthy, it would have been a "game for the ages". The momentum was in UNC's favor. But it doesn't matter, UK won the NC.[/QUOTE]
