He can. Just needs to use both hands is all.Can you still dunk?
Just cruellers. Cake donuts are too heavy. Can you still dunk?
You sure about that, the ring finger? A friend of mine went to seton hall and played a lot of hoops. Every time he got hit in the nose he would break his index finger.Got experience with this one. Bet it's the ring finger. For some reason you seem to jam the ring finger the most in hoops.
Did I mention they were serving beer at the RAC tonightTore a finger ligament beginning of November. Immobilized 7 weeks, just starting to come to 70% function now
I jammed my finger once and couldn’t dunk. Can you still dunk?
Fonesca made it a point at the beginning of his piece:Did I mention they were serving beer at the RAC tonight![]()
Not what he said Morris. Never said they wouldn't have Ron. More along the lines of having to deal with whatever it is and reach into his bench. In the post game presser. Pike does not dismiss the injury but says the team will have to deal with the repercussions of not having RHJ
I don’t know what’s worse, Jammed or dislocated? Can a dislocation be popped back in and maybe quick recovery?
Thanks brother...I wasn't making it up! Hopefully Ron is just fine. At this point, I don't even care about Purdue game. Just need him back healthy for the final run. They def said at halftime of NW Purdue that Pike said it was bad... maybe he just said it looked bad or was going off Harper saying it was bad
These later comments make it sounds not as bad and coach knight apparently saying he will be fine.
Maybe just a really bad painful jam in the end?
Ahhh... a Barry Manilow fan!Jammed both of my ring fingers playing basketball. Neither of them bend all the way from the last joint anymore. And I'm 71!
John Prine, thank you very much. And Steve Goodman.Ahhh... a Barry Manilow fan!

And you won’t until Ron wakes up today free of adrenaline and emotion.Whelp, I just read 2 1/2 pages of updates from you guys and I still don't know jack, lol.
Am I the only who immediately thought about JT Tarticoff?
"Head coach Steve Pikiell could not shed much of a light on the injury in his postgame press conference.
Still tweeting! 7 a.m.
kobe bryant had his popped back in place and went right back into the game next playI don’t know what’s worse, Jammed or dislocated? Can a dislocation be popped back in and maybe quick recovery?
Who else is constantly refreshing this thread looking for an update?
So it appears Illi's Stuttering John Melendez was flapping his hand and tapped Ron's shoulder causing Ron to take his eyes off the pass for 1/10th of a second . Is that a foul? It wasn't a push or bump but there was contact and kinda dirty pool.
Much easier if it’s not the shooting handI've broken 3 different fingers in my life and it sucked. Hard to accurately shoot a basketball with a splint on one of your pinkies or ring finger. Hope it's just a bruise for ron with no damage

Yeh thought 1or 2 were cheap flagrant fouls. But we manhandled them start to finish.By the end of the game the Illini were doing actual body blows to get fouls called on them. Saw them body slam Geo, hit Hyatt in the chin, etc. Never seen anything like it.
Hmmm...maybe it wasn't intentional, and refs probably missed it, but should that be a foul?they spoke after the game
15 found Ron and spoke to him...I saw it...they are good.
I dont think it was dirty.
