Reeves could easily switch to the 3 and Wallace to the 2. I think Calipari will add either Leonard Miller or another sharp-shooter type for his final guard/wing spot (along with Reeves probably) though.

Exactly, I read this same crap last April, and they finished strong building a roster. It's like people never learn here.

I'm frustrated with the direction of the program in some ways, but prefer to wait to see how it plays out rest of spring and summer before making statements on the potential of next year's team.

The roster was good enough to make final 4, issues were injuries ruining momentum. My bigger concern was utilization of players like Brooks getting minutes over Toppin.

Coaching was the biggest issue IMO.

Let's say Toppin returns, which I hope he does. You could move Livingston to the SF and play Toppin at PF. That's a decent lineup of Wallace, Livingston, Toppin, and Oscar but there is still a glaring deficit at PG and the depth on this team is zero.

Many more guys will still enter the portal. Reeves and Leonard should be the top targets at the moment. If either go elsewhere we will likely intensify elsewhere. Just because we want to have our roster set in April doesn’t mean it should or will be.
