Funny how the people here that think they are UKs biggest fans are some of the worst that make the rest of us look dumb. They could care less about the kids- they just want to feel taller than the UT fan sitting next to them at work,, etc.
Trust me I’m from North Jersey. I’m not jealous of any athlete I’ll just leave it in those general terms.
I'm just not into autographs , I'm not a big shot , matter of fact I'm a country red neck , but I see no human as any better than me . And not needing their signature

No one on this site given the situation TH & KJ found themselves in would not declare for the draft.
All the other whining and pouting is just semantics. I know a lot of 19 year olds who wouldn’t go out and buy a car the minute they win the lottery.
If you don’t like how this played out. Maybe remove yourself as a UK fan for awhile. Or a Duke fan. Or a Kansas fan. One and done is here to stay. Whether they let them go out of HS or not it will still happen.

Maybe you’re Embellishing intentionally to make a point? Tyler may not be the most ready NBA player, sure; but he’s ready enough to get a guaranteed contract worth millions of dollars. And he is ready enough to stay on a roster. Definitely more ready than your dog.

I deleted it because two wrongs don’t make a right. I’m just getting sick and tired of seeing people hate on these kids for doing exactly what their hypocritical asses would do. Maybe it’s best I take a break myself from this board.
I only want an autograph if it will be worth some merging later in life. I don’t see how either of these 2’s will be.

They earned it. They are right outside of the lottery who wouldn't do the same at 18-19. They don't owe us anything. They announced they were entering and we knew they were probably gone. Was probably a big moment for them and then they announced the following day. It doesn't bother me. They are kids that have busted their asses and are having a little fun.
I'll be honest, until I started posting on this board 6 months or so ago, I forgot UK fans like many on here even existed....
It then occurred to me that the last time I remember these types was when I posted on these boards in early '00s....

I have never met a 19 year old that wouldn’t immediately buy some new wheels after hitting the jackpot, me included.
I don’t want or collect autographs, but I’d grab the opportunity to meet UK players past or present.
