At this point, you gotta stop letting your DEs rush the edges. They're getting run up the field and giving up contain every time. Yeah you let Pavia sit back there and buy time, but that's also where you can then come with delayed blitzes.
Rushing 4, especially with the DEs overrunning everything, is not gonna work for the rest of this game. Stop doing it.

I don’t think our Offense can match them score for score.
We need another 7 on this drive and then at least make them spend time going down the field. Offense give the D a rest with long drive really needs to happen.

We will literally lose if we do this. Everyone knows this will happen except Kirk who will trust the defense despite being as efficient as a paper bag.

It’s obvious Vanderbilt has figured out Iowa’s base defense. Phil is going to have to get a little more creative. I also think the Iowa D just looks fatigued.
