Iowa is 4-9 in Quad 1 and 7-0 in Quad 2. They have one bad loss to Rutgers at home. I guess if you look at every team in the country they have a stinker along the way someplace.

Yeah, there's really no way Iowa is not going to the dance. In looking at the whole schedule, this is a minor 4 game blip. They went 13-0 in non conference. From Jan 3-February 22, they went 10-4 with losses to

#11 Purdue
#9 MSU
Minnesota
#24 Maryland

They've beat tournament teams:
ISU
Michigan

Bubble teams:
Oregon
Ohio St.
Indiana x2

ISU, Oregon and tOSU are **** wins now. ISU has tanked the past few weeks and the PAC 12 is terrible!!! Don’t think the committee doesn’t recognize that.

Oregon is a bubble team? That will come as huge news to pretty much everyone who covers college basketball, or even watches college basketball. Washington and ASU are the only at-large teams coming out of the Pac-12. Everyone else has zero chance of getting an at-large bid.

B1G was hot garbage last year hence Nebraska inflated record.

The NIT spoke volumes entering as a 4 seed & dropping to an even lesser Mississippi State.

19-12, just beat 21-9 ASU & 24-7 Washington, NET 59. They are very much on the bubble at this point.

Here's a recent one posted today around noon.
I watch & bet a ton of college basketball, so it's ok if you're not too familiar with certain teams.

I think we can all agree that Iowa took a major pants sh*tting to finish the season. And I mean dysentery level tripling up on the Depends pants sh*tting..

I'm familiar enough with Oregon to know that they are NOT getting an at-large bid, despite the fact that a vaunted authority the likes of SB Nation gave them a mention. Got any keen insights from Bleacher Report, while you're on a roll?

Don't be so emotional. It's the latest one that included last night's games. Your personal predictions of teams not making the tournament doesn't mean those teams aren't on the bubble. Again, the thread title & content incited Iowa fans to participate. Here we are, let's talk hoops.

My personal predictions have nothing to do with it. Oregon finished 6th in a terrible conference that isn't a lock to get any at-large bids. The only reason on God's green Earth you're putting them on the bubble is because they lost to Iowa. But yeh, I'm being too emotional and just am not familiar enough with Oregon to know where they stand in the at-large pecking order.

As long as we're cherry-picking, CBS Sports isn't even convinced Washington and ASU are in, and there's no way they're not getting an at-large before Oregon:
CBS on bubble teams

Let’s wait and see what the B1G does this season..

Ya Michigan St lost in the second round but Last year a final 4 finish and 2 teams made it in the sweet 16..

Horrible loss by Iowa yesterday but you have to give credit to Neb, they didnt quit and made the shots they had to make.

Iowa fans are completely over Fran as HC but looks like we are stuck with him for at least 2 more years imo.

At this point, you lose on Thursday it will be a different story. 5 game losing streak with two lucky *** wins before.

I found the only site updated last night. Whether they are or they aren't isn't the point. Iowa will be a tournament team is the point. It stings some, but it's the truth.
I'm confused. If Oregon is "very much on the bubble" as you stated last night, why are they absolutely nowhere to be found in any of these projections? Is it possible that you pulled that statement straight out of your butt because you thought it helped Iowa's case?

Only way Oregon makes it if they win the conference tournament and right now some bracketology assume teams that are seeded higher win their first game in the tournament..

If I was a Herky fan I would be very nervous on Sunday afternoon if they lose to Illinois/Northwestern on Thursday..

No, no, no ---- Oregon is very much on the bubble! I too thought Oregon had absolutely no chance at an at-large, but then someone who says he knows wayyyyyyyyy more than me about Oregon's situation assured me that I was wrong.

That's why you're not an Iowa fan. The tournament discussion is one Iowa has been in dozens of times. No, there won't be sweat regardless of Thursday's outcome. Have seen the movie before.

We'll take Patrick, but you can keep Connor.
