I felt like we needed to put the census on the record.

Here's the setup:

It's the end of the season, we're officially 1-11 and Ash is back next year.

For season ticket holders: Do you renew, Yes / No?

You going to make this a poll? Or just a reply thing.
I'm in. 4 tickets.
One more year of B1G Build Fund Donation. Not sure if we will make new gifts to athletics after that.

Nope. Done with tickets, donations, merchandise, premium. Done with All things RU
From a high of 16 ticket to 6 right now to 0

This is a really bad indicator for season tix next year imo.

I had RU season tix LL for 25 years until 2016 and now retired in FL.

I feel the pain of the RU season ticket holders paying a premium for tickets, parking and donations.

Nobody likes being taken for a Sucker.

Sucker? Strong words.
How about just being a loyal alumnus that is willing to give the administration the benefit of the doubt with respect to the cost/benefit?

Out. Even if Ash is replaced, I'm out.

The past few years have not been a lot of fun, and this year has been really miserable. Even with a new coach, I don't see next year being much better. If I'm wrong, I can buy single game tickets for the games I want to see and I can always get season tickets again the following year.

Yes. Renewing all 5 tickets. 2 Yellow passes. Annual donation was mailed yesterday. Same amount as last year, no increase like they asked. Priority points will not be an issue. The closest I ever came to not renewing was after the 1997 season.

At the end of the day, I bleed Scarlet. I’m an alumni and all my tailgate crew sit together. Besides we are all over 50 now and have nothing better to do.

I left after last season. Writing was on the wall. Wasted timeouts, no progress in strength and conditioning, no recruiting hopes for progress. Picking plays seemingly at random. Same this year but with worse on field results.

I'm more interested in the necrothread possibilities

What are the necrothread possibilities? That everyone says they're out and Ash turns it around next year and goes 11-1? I'd be very happy with that result, even though I'm out.

I'm interested in "current declarations of emotion". In other words, how many people are all pissed off right now, say they're not renewing but come next season will be right back in their seats.

Will leave the club and go back to getting 1 seat in whatever they have to keep power points to stay in 100 section for basketball.

I still don't understand why In-N-Out burgers refuse to open restaurants on the East Coast.
Has to do with their distribution centers. In order to maintain freshness standards a franchise can only open a certain distance from one of their approved distribution centers. Franchises are only allowed to keep food products for a certain amount of days then must throw out and order more. So the idea is, you order and can get a delivery the next day. No approved centers in the East.

I'm out. My group will be down to one person. Not sure if he will buy 1 or 2 tickets. Or maybe none. Not sure he wants to go by himself.

My group of 30+ 2 years ago, is now 20 and will be dropping to a total of 4-7 tickets next year.
I have seen the season ticket numbers and know that this year the drop was only around 1,000. I'm afraid the administration doesn't realize the drop next year is going to be precipitous
Next year the stadium will remind me of 2002 with empty seats everywhere. :(

Will be paying for my annual membership for the Letterwinners Association and that's it. If I plan to go to any game besides Homecoming I will pick up cheap on Stub Hub or scalp in the lots. To take a line from Bluto in Animal House, 30+ years of Rutgers season tickets down the drain. I've already moved on and will not be going Saturday. Have other college football plans.
GO RU.

Out. Not really about the money for me...in fact I'll probably take my season ticket cost and reallocate it to a sport that's on the right trajectory. I just can't commit my time and energy to such subpar entertainment.

Go see lacrosse. Those kids ball out. That same donation will have you on a first name basis with the coach. Plus you will have a tie to RU, watching a team that plays aggressive and fast. And, gasp, scores goals!
I've already seen more Lacrosse wins in 2018 than Football wins. (On the other hand, I saw more basketball wins last weekend than Football wins in all of 2018.)
