Texas Tech is not going to help us out. Missed a dunk that would've cut it to 2 pts, and the rebound ricocheted to midcourt for a fast break for Texas to push it back to six. Huge swing.

Nova could still win this. Four point margin with three to go.

Would you shut the **** up and delete your account forever? Stop ****ing antagonizing everybody here and go home to the Seton Hall board.

Which board?

I think you may post there more than me.

I'm just telling it like it is.

Pike wants his team in it, go win the next two games

Nova is toast

Rutgers needs to win their way in at this point.

Iowa beats Pen St by 11

Not impressed by Nova at all. I wish we could play them on the road. Seriously, I just noticed OSU beat them by 25. Somehow they beat Kansas though

Providence 17-12 still has to win 1 more for lock, with H Xavier and Depaul, they should get that. They can't finish 17-15 even with 8 Q1 wins.

Texas 18-11 is still only Q1 4-7 Q2 2-4, more NIT resume right now.
Last year, Indiana 17-15 had Q1 6-9 Q2 3-6, losing record both NIT.

no excuses for Rutgers...win on the road...win your way into the tourney, this what other programs are doing. This is how its done. The crying by some RU fans that we are playing close games means absolutely zero. You are judged by wins and losses, if you cannot win one damn game vs a team with a pulse, you do not deserve to make the NCAA tourney PERIOD

Yup. I said it before the Wisconsin game. If we lose the final five games of the season, we have no one to blame but ourselves. 0-2 so far. Time to show what we are made of.

Liberty losing by 12 at halftime. Don't thin they have an at-large case anyway but this would confirm it.

I've warned people on multiple occasions and threads that teams with no incentive to win, are better off "losing" to bubble teams within their own conference. The closer you get to the finish line of the regular season, teams that are in, are more likely to lose....it's not going to impact their seeding either way.

Just a matter of time before we start seeing more of these games "called differently and referees giving the benefit of the doubt when available".

If RU fans want to panic and lose their composure because bubble teams from other leagues are being pushed forward, knock yourselves out. I am very comfortable and confident that it will be fine with Maryland, at Purdue or 1 in the B1G is fine, irregardless of what nonsense happens elsewhere.

That's right. NO EXCUSES. Sold out RAC. Last home game. Senior night. NCAA on the line. 17-1 at home. Just do it. I'm tired of watching these bubble teams winning today ON THE ROAD this weekend. Wrap this up guys. What do I have to do have SweetPea do another pep talk?

Texas Tech losing at home was not something they wanted to have happen...i assure you. Ditto for Nova trying to be a 2 seed...now apply your same twisted logic to Big 10 schools..oh wait

Maryland game tonight is huge. They could make a big move forward up the rankings with a win tonight.

While these games overall do impact us somewhat, each individual one makes little difference. If we win another game, we are likely in, if not, not. The stuff happening around us will only matter if it gets pretty crazy. One “bad” day is no reason to panic.

You cant say that..a loss to Maryland, win at Purdue, lost first round Big 10 game and Rutgers is right on the bubble.

Also wins by schools projecting "in" the field but still on the bubble solidifying their bid means less teams in the final groupings consider for spots

FSU losing at Clemson we shall see the impact on their 2 seed

Baylor losing again this time at TCU should not effect their seeding

the strength of the bubble absolutely matters. But it matters less than our own results and every individual one of these games is a tiny part of the final bubble strength.

I don't think Rutgers will end up on the stone bubble. They'll either be easily in (if they win a game) or easily out (if they don't).

How much of a lock is West Virginia? They'll probably beat Iowa State to keep them safe but if they lose out they'll be 7-11 in the Big 12 with wins over Texas Tech, Ohio State, Wichita State, and Northern Iowa... That's gotta be bubbly.

Schools back in all the time...that is a scenerio that exists for RU.

Waiting for the last two games to show a winning pulse against Maryland and Purdue is truly believing in miracles.Rutgers had ample chances during February but they failed to win on the road.
