About 75% of the time, I do either sunny side up or the fried & steamed eggs. But I will occasionally switch it up and do the American scrambled ones though.

As an adult, a good fried egg with a bit of a runny yolk for dipping is my go to most mornings

All of the above except for the American scramble - those look dry and gross.

I do truly believe that eggs made by someone else taste better than eggs you make for yourself. Odd thought, but yeah. I prefer someone else make aggs for me.

Over medium cooked in butter. The fried eggs above have been mutilated by cooking using too high of heat. Crusty *** edges. Gross.

I don’t eat them often because I’ll eat six eggs plus buttered toast every time.

Over Easy and the Over Easy in that picture is actually looks more over medium. The art of the over easy egg has been lost it seems by many short order cooks. I'd choose the fried and steamed from that picture.

This ^^^. As the eggs are cooking, use a large spoon to sling some of the hot bacon grease up onto to eggs to skin over the yolks and cook the tops.
