I am telling you this defense can keep us in games. It may not win us any because it isn't usually turn over generating but it will contain offense and can be opportunistic.

Scoring 28 points a game will probably be enough to get to a bowl with them. If we score in the 30s for average this is an 8 win team.

Everybody should be walking around every day every where with a ball in hand and we should pay regular students ten dollars every time they can knock the ball loose.

I guarantee our fumble issue disappears.

Yeah but we can wait and do that in the second half when Houston will be keying on our successes.

Boomer is looking really promising. Nerves and inexperience, but he's already looking more poised. I'm hopeful.

You wouldn't even have to. Trust me it would become a pride thing. First individually and then as a team. All of them watching each other, pushing each other. Trust me it would be lock up city who ever was paying.

We still seem jittery.

Need to calm down and play. Defense is hyped at not being put behind constantly need to be smart and stay disciplined.

Lol his worst game of football in college was last year against us by his own admission.

Worst game of his college career will be this one. We already had him gassed. He'll be a non factor by the fourth quarter again just like last year.

Id like to see what would happen if we had a tight end on a delayed fly route when we run that zone read option. Those linebackers are crashing hard.

Really impressed with Boomer’s first half of college football. On the road, against a good team, Boomer played poised, made some great ad lib plays & executed the play fakes & plays well. Yes, he got away with a couple of bad throws early, but he learned & threw it away in similar situations later in the half.

It’s just one half, but I was impressed.

I like Boomer’s long ball. Without a superior play by the defender Johnson is in the end zone.

There's plenty to like about Boomer, but without two dropped picks his stats would look a lot like a half from Skipper right now
