Ahh the erratic responses of a player missing 2 shots…”kick him off the team!!!” Calm down, he’s a shooter, he will find it. There is no depth behind him.
Coincides with my post 2 up. 1st miss was a good look. Next one not so much. But he's definitely guarding Davison well. I'm not the one calling to get him off the court 😒

Johnny Davis still puzzled how the refs could call that second foul on him. It's almost like you're not supposed to grab a guy with both hands and throw him to the floor.

Badgers will probably advance, but they won't get away with using their off arm like Walter Payton ripping through a defense. They get away with that more than any team on the planet, provided the officiating crew wants to keep working Big Ten games.
They sure did on that last Davison layup

What a stupid play by Webster. Let him heave a 40-footer.

Got away with it, luckily

Hey, my big problem is he launches as soon as he gets in the game even if it’s from the locker room…

That's what he's on the team for. I think he has some mental issues they need to work out. Maybe too much pressure to perform from 3. He's had some good looks ball is not dropping for him.

Feed the ball to Walker relentlessly in the second half. If he can keep putting up points, it will open up some other scoring opportunities. Do not start jacking up threes out of the gate.

mental issues, as in thinking he's leaps and bounds better than he actually is?

I can see that

He shot 47% from 3 over 2 years in JUCO. He can shoot the ball period. Situation might be something like Culp kicking on the football team.

Probably still a long shot - but man, if NU could win this game and knock these pukes out of the #1 tourney seed it would be a big bright spot in this bleak season.

Regardless of weather Tominaga is Reggie Miller or the guy from ‘Along Came Poly’ We need to get the ball down low. Verge is snapping!
