I have zero issue of POTUS and his DOJ requesting foreign Govts to assist in rooting out corruption within our political system. None.
It’s kind of like it’s within the purview of their office. Do you not want corruption investigated? Maybe we need a SC appointed.

Pretty sure the FBI does not do US based investigations in other countries, they assist the countries in which they are stationed if there is US involvement. They focus on US based crime. In this case, they would have been investigating the sitting US VP on foreign soil...in a corrupt country. That is how bad Biden put the US at risk.

The FBI investigates crimes if they involve US citizens in other countries. A perfect example is tax evasion. They nail people all the time with illegal tax shelters in other countries.
