Frost says they go fast- BUT he's not an idiot
He manages the clock and game- based on game situations and even wind
Unlike the past coaching staff- Frost DOES know that an incomplete pass stops the clock
When they have the wind Frost will go fast- go get more possessions when they have the wind in their favor. Against the wind- slows it down- so other team has less time with wind in their favor.
They can go fast when they choose to- they have a middle and slow down speed as well
In 2016 they averaged 76 snaps and 38th place record- 6-6
In 2017 72 snaps and 58th place record 13-0

This isnt just Oregon tempo tempo tempo stuff
They have pre snap reads- check with me- post snap reads etc
They also like to shift and motion- Frost plays a lot of games with formationing and motions/shifts so he can see how the defense is playing him
He has a full complement of key breakers and this guy sees the field really well
