Harbaugh looking to NFL?

I'm not sure how you could possibly come to this conclusion based on my post. The bar at NU is always to win championships.
However, after tonight, I think becoming Iowa is step 1 at this point. I never in my worst nightmare thought Indiana would beat NU at home. NU is back to 1950 as a program. The only thing helping us right now is that fact that we have a positive history.
Harbaugh took over a team that had won 20 games the prior 3 seasons. Frost took over a program that had won 19.
Michigan had 3 losing seasons the decade before Harbaugh. Nebraska 2 the decade before Frost.
This contriving of circumstances whereby people convince themselves that “NU is back to 1950 as a program” is one step in how we accept becoming almost Iowa.
I’m convinced Frost will be here a long long time because
1. I hope he eventually wins big or
2. Circumstances will continue to be contrived that fictiously conclude that outside forces prevent Frost from winning at a high level and/or
3. 7-8 win seasons become “good enough” and wallah ... we have our Kirk Ferentz forever coach
Indiana is 6-2 - they have had one winning season the past 25 years. This narrative that Nebraska is back to the 1950s and such is just cover because we don’t want to admit that, at present, this team isn’t any better coached under Frost as it was under Riley

So now ND ,number 8 in the polls and a team that took Georgia to the wire at Georgia, is a bad team.
