It just shows these guys are more guessing than actually knowing anything. Just grows tiresome. They all want to be the guy to get the scoop so they hedge their info. I'd rather a guy be late and have accurate info.
The one consistent is UK.
Hmmmmmm....Haarmmmmmmssssss

Are any recruits allowed to make visits to see campuses? If not, there maybe a wait until that happens.

IMHO He will announce UK within a day or two.

That would be good but looking back at last weeks threads, 3 of them said he was signing before last Friday but we know they were guesses. I think we have a real good chance but I don't think its a done deal until he wearing the Blue. Its just a weird time right now for transfers. :)

If you want to be a recruiting charlatan:

1. Put out initial tweets about the high likelihood of a particular coveted player choosing Kentucky.

2. When it becomes clear that you're initial tweet was BS, tweet about how certain nuanced realities might prevent that from happening.

3. When the fan base is starting to lose hope in a particular player coming to UK, post another tweet that comes out of the blue, where Kentucky is once again a frontrunner.

4. Ultimately - and right before the decision - tweet about how UK doesn't really have a chance and has lost momentum. If necessary, disparage the school that will likely land the player by floating innuendo about them offering benefits or promising playing time. This will gain you support from the portion of the fan base that doesn't think it's possible for UK to lose recruiting wars to schools in a fair way.

5. Start tweeting about other recruiting options to preoccupy the potential angry twitter mob that would otherwise call you out on your BS.

Rinse and repeat.

This is soooooo true!

Kudos!

No one likes losing players to the gleague but none of you offer any viable solutions. Other than call people that don’t blame Cal for the situation, pumpers.

We also have not "lost" that many to G League. I posted exact numbers for Jeff and he ignored several weeks back.

EJ is a guy we are losing to G League as he will likely go undrafted. There is a MAJOR difference between a 2nd round pick signed that ends up playing in G League and an undrafted G Leaguer.

The whole losing players to G League is loosely thrown around. We've had 4 guys go undrafted in Cals 10 years who left early.

99%? Really? There are 788 kids in the transfer portal, so I’m skeptical of your numbers. Plus, how many schools have had better or as good of success as UK?

and I’m not going to research YOUR solutions. If you have one, list it!
Just a little advice, nothing you need to hear from me, but it's better to just ignore this guy. He just spouts his own stats that are completely made up by him and will totally disregard actual facts.
It's a total waste of time, not that you need my input or opinion.

The fact that you think I care who and what you are confirms just how clueless you are. I really don't care who you are

For someone that accused me of littering the thread with negativity, you sure aren't helping that problem.
Much more than littering you are trashing all threads with negativity.

I knew when the reporters kept leaving, we were screwed. I mentioned it in my reports.
11am
Raining, reporters are silent.
Something has changed

Updates will come next 2pm

Sorry for not updating today. We are down to 1 reporter, 3 have left.
What we do know, his car was gone all day, and no one knew his destination. Car isn't back, and the one reporter is off the clock

This is looking quite grave. TBH
