- Duke is not unbeatable. We had the completely wrong game plan on both sides of the ball, and as a matter of fact I think Cal in his old *** stubborn way has had issues with these kids so far and wanted them to fall flat on their face to get their attention.

We will get **** right and be a damn good team all year, and hopefully get those same Duke bitches in the tourney for some revenge.

- UK only -3.5 in Knoxville is alarming to me. I know we play the type of game that makes that understandable but the #11 team in the country is barely a fav against a barely .500 team. Seems sketchy AF.

- Arby’s Cajun Deep Fried Turkey sandwich is :fire:

- Selling credit card machines has been an easy side job so far. Banks charge a **** ton of money to collect a businesses money for them. So far it’s literally selling itself and taking up a minimal amount of my time.

I would like to stay as far away from Duke come March as possible. Call it weaksauce if you want but they are a horrible matchup for us. Unless we can find a loophole to activate Whitney mid-season we will continue to have one true wing player on this roster.

Hopefully they get some junk zone WVU like loss like we had with the Wall/Cousins team. Just keeping it real.

We've "lost 3 of our last 4" because we shouldn't have won the Mizzou game per GAMBOL/Vegas.

Doesn't matter that Mizzou just whipped Florida (and we actually won) and the other two losses were at A&M in OT and against a peaking top 5 UGA team.

Kates by 10+ IMO.
I would be a lot swaggier if our OL would return to early season form and Benny would stop running into the backs of his blockers (he's gotten frustrated and lost his patience as a runner, imo).

Then again, UT sucks.

Sorry, Anth

Why?

-I'm nervousAF about Saturday. Not a big fan of the general trajectory right now. So I'm trying to ignore it. Also a bit anxious from the lingering draft beer hangover.

-Still not sure what the hell to think about Tuesday. Obviously, we're not that f*cking bad.

I don’t necessarily want them in March, but I know there is a great chance if we get to the E8, F4 or Title game it’s them we will face.

I’m not scared of that. They are and were great, but we offered no defense to stop anything they wanted. They scored 3 pts per minute for Christ sake.

Meanwhile we didn’t even have the pride to fight! That wasn’t a Cal coached team, and will not happen again.

We have just over a month to gel against cupcakes then we get UNC, KU and a much improved(per the rankings) SEC to get prepared.

I like my team!

It's sad but Ginsburg is going to be Bernie'd.

A favorite from my youth has really gone off the deep end:

- Are there really companies, outside of some restaurants, that don't have credit card machines?

I have to listen to a lot of Nashville sports talk radio where I live, and those boys think that this Saturday is the beginning of their turnaround. Many are hammering the +3.5 on their beloved Vols. They think they'll win outright, but many believe it has to be close because Vegas and Clay Travis says. Those gamBOLers know something! UK has no offense. We can stop their run. Their QB is terrible and can't throw. We didn't even gameplan last week. We played South Carolina close!

So yeah, they have no respect for the season we are having. I can understand that, I guess.

Nut-job Conspiracy Theory Time: Here's something totally irrational that crossed my mind regarding this FBI investigation.

Cal is usually way ahead about knowing things regarding the world of basketball. "Tea leaves" and whatnot. I think he knew this investigation was coming, knew the guys that would be involved, and backed off. I know this was said earlier and whoever said it was right on point imo. But here's where I go totally conspiracy crazy. You ready?

I think journalists, insiders, and anyone else with influence (perhaps leakers at the NCAA?) have such a Captain Ahab complex when it comes to catching the people they don't like (i.e., Calipari), these possible issues were leaked to the FBI and trumped up so that a "child exploitation" charge could be created to get them involved. So now the FBI can do the investigating and court ordering and subpoening and sworn testimonying and all the other stuff that journalists/insiders don't have the authority to do.

So instead of rifling through the dumpsters of Birmingham Alabama, these jerks can leak enough non-substantiated evidence to a government agency, it may just require them to get involved. Now people have to tell the truth and these mean old coaches can get in the trouble they deserve.

So the FBI does get involved and all of these journos and insiders and influencers sit back and twiddle their fingers like Mr. Burns Excellent . . .thinking that Cal and UK (among others I'm sure, but follow me here) and going down. But now Cal has backed off of certain guys because tea leaves, you see? And now everyone's darlings (Self, K, Miller) are the ones that are being connected with some of these poor exploited players. Throw in the influence of the billion dollar shoe companies and now everyone is fighting to cover their ***.

They went out trying to bring down Paypal Cal and UK, the most corrupt program in history, but ended up finding out that the entire college basketball outfit is corrupt. Maybe they get their Moby Dick but in the process they have blown up the entire NCAA. The whole damn thing is a racket.

I know that's stupid.

When you see podunk magistrates spending thousands of dollars to get elected to a position who's most significant benefit (other than ego inflation) is a free cup of coffee at the local diner, it makes things like Ginsburg being Weekend at Bernie's into the Supreme Court make more sense.

In this country, you gotta pave the roads first. Then when you pave the roads, you get the power. Then when you get the power, then you get the women.

Since it's Nevada, there's a really good chance there's a law on the books that will be let him serve his term in a hilarious, Weekend-at-Bernie's sort of way.

Baby boomers need to just GTFO. Politics, the workplace, and society at large.
Incredibly stupid comment. The baby boomers that are still working in the company I work for are still out producing, outworking and are 100 times more dependable than any of the millennials we cant seem to find the right motivation to get to work, show up or stay longer than 6 months.

Buddy of mine ran for Constable. I guess those dudes get paid a fee for serving papers or whatever, and the previous guy made about $180k/year. :joy:

Constable. WTF?
