Napa trip is definitely on my radar. If you don’t drink wine, seems kind of a waste. Just my opinion. Like going to a prime steakhouse and ordering spaghetti.

Man, was pleasantly surprised with my steak last night. They absolutely crushed it. About the most perfect medium rare this side of a plus/minus I’ve seen.

Game tonight, game tomorrow, Stapleton concert, shaping up to be a nice little weekend. May go pull some stripers out of Cumberland next week. Need to fill the freezer.

Kevin Costner in the 90s had a real talent for making movies that presumably led to him sleeping with a rainbow of women. Whitney Houston, Elizabeth Warren, a fish lady, etc.

He's the Shaq of acting, basically.

For Love of the Game - Flick gets me misty eyed every time.

I root for Kidd-Gilchrist harder than any NBA player who doesn't play for New York. That article was good and it also showed how big of a clown show the Charlotte franchise has always been, like it's just been devoid of common sense forever.

Remember when Charlotte hired Mark Price as a shooting coach and Kidd-Gilchrist started turning his arm inward like a dude with palsy? Pepperidge Farm remembers.

This pic became the avatar of the "bad shooters are always open" trope that populates my feed from all the coaches in it.

Charlotte always seems to be the franchise that keeps trying to mold players into something they're not rather than accentuating their strengths...until this year, and I think it's eventually going to start paying off for them.

- Napa is fine but I certainly don’t understand the immense hype. Wife loved it, though. I prefer the urban, woodsy and coastal offerings of NoCal much better myself.

- Wine is great too but for me, a distant third behind beer and bourbon.

- Totally understand those who loathe the Counting Crows and what they stand for but I’ve always enjoyed them and their sad bastard music.

- WTF are millennials’ issues with the guitar?

- Count me on the BBdK/TSK train for Isbel. Yeah he’s very talented but I don’t love his music like I do Sturgill and Childers.

- Get me to Indy. That town has a lot of making up to do with me.

- Baby shower Saturday- during the game of course. Unfortunately, it’s for one of my best friends, who’s the most generous person I know. My Ultimate Redass Levels:

1. Women involving men in showers
2. Nondenominational Christian Super Churches

My sister tried to throw us a coed wedding shower and I ended that **** with a quickness. Oh well, at least the game will be on.

Bought my first video game in quite some time last night. Red Dead Redemption 2. Absolutely incredible how far they've come in console gaming.

- This is teed up for boat to smack 360 yards (325 carry).

- I agree about guitar music and millennials. The acoustic guitar may be as antiquated to them as a synthesizer and sax. Unreal.

Counting Crows have like 3 good songs that I really enjoy. The slowed down, acoustic version of "Rain King" is kinda groovy. But other than that, they are boring.

- My 1st cousin in-law has built himself a man-cave basement that is probably similar to what Willy is doing. The hi-light is his bourbon bar. Now, you may be thinking, a cool man-cave bourbon bar might have about 8-10 bottles of some really cool/rare stuff and 4-5 bottles of some everyday mixers. Wrong. WRONG!

When I visited him about 3 weeks ago, he took me down and said, "check out the bourbon bar." I was expecting it to be ^that.^ Little did I know, what he has would rival any bourbon bar in the state. I'm not exaggerating, the dude has 8 bottles of Blanton's alone. 2-3 special boxed bottles of Col. EHT. 2 bottles of Elmer T Lee. A 12 year old Pappy (he sold his 20 year for 2 grrr). Several bottles of Willett special releases. 2 bottles of Kentucky Owl which he allowed me to taste. 8-10 bottles of Weller (Antique and 12 year) and then ~ 3 bottles each of basic releases from Old Fo, K Creek, B Trace, Elijah C, Turkey, Woodford. It's unreal. I bet he has 15-20 thousand dollars worth of merch and that may be underselling it. Crazy. Very jealous.

He is good friends with Pat Steakhouse's son and so during Derby Week and other big race days like the BC coming up, he drives the big name trainers and owners around after they get bombed at the restaurant. So Pat Steakhouse's son will pay him in bourbon, or the trainer guys will tip him well which he uses to stock his bar. But he's a die-hard UL fan so f' em.

- Another RDR 2 buyer. I haven't had a single game for the PS4 since GTA, literally held on to it just to play RDR 2. Going to give the PS4 to a neighborhood kid after I'm done with RDR. Just don't enjoy that stuff anymore but as a huge Western fan I had to hold out for the game. (Or sell to GYERator if he wants).

I do still have a PS3 with 1 game, NCAA 14, cures the winter suckiness.

- Isbell is aight for certain moods, I still remember him in DBT and can't stand their stuff so i've been biased against him.

- Counting Crows, meh. Black Crowes = Horrible. I loathe that Southern Rock sound.

Isbell is a great song writer. Unfortunately most of his songs are about the plight of the middle class urban Southern gentleman with an existential crisis every other day. Go to Mass or a therapist or something, dawg. Geez

- What is your reaction when that family comes to your door? You can't really blame/talk **** to the kids.

"Trick or treat?!"

"Hey, and what do we have here? Oh, a Hitler. Is that a young Ava Braun? Take two each. Umm, okay. Goodnight, guys."

- Not a fan of showering together in either way.

Wedding/baby showers are universally boring for men. 100% of the time it's an inconvenience.

Bathing showers together is also a nuisance. The positioning is always awkward, and usually the girl likes the shower roughly the temperature of the surface of the sun.

Also, I enjoy my alone time in the shower.

- Tenetive plans to watch the game with BBdK in Vegas tomorrow.

- 11 days until the election. Thank the lord.

There is absolutely NO WAY a family strutted around Owensboro trick or treating in a F’ing Nazi costume, and the only “source” that picked up the story was a random Reddit dork.

I searched fb and found it posted by Evelyn Dickinson — “tech goddess, ***** housing maven, wife, veg/vegan, cook, yogi, traveler, bad dancer, pan & poly.”

She lives in Seattle. Uh huh.

Do better, Chase.
