-im retired...but mckenna 10 was my go to, not sure about now but twas the best bargain in bourbon. Still my go to gift when the occasion dictates.

I have no idea if this is accurate or not, but if they get anywhere remotely close to that they should be pardoned by Trump. It is absolutely ludicrous that these guys should go to prison for even close to that long.
I'm hoping the sentencing guidelines allow them to get a $50 fine and unsupervised probation.

Completely inaccurate about the potential sentences. The maximum penalty by statute is 20 years, and the recommended sentence based on the Sentencing Guidelines won't be anywhere near that.
I wouldn't be surprised if their convictions are overturned on appeal. You can't defraud someone when they're aware of what you're doing, benefiting from it, and actively encouraging it. The universities are more like co-conspirators than victims.
