They will each have their place when someone wants to pay an excessive amount for a steak. Same as anywhere...druthers. Ate at JR's on Sat in Ville and it was very good, but food vs food for the dollar....hard to justify. But my pretentiousness doesn't equate to many on here, so I digress.
-Well we only had our house listed 13 days and accepted an offer today. Good feeling to only pay 1 month of 2 house payments.

Cardinals -1 is the big bet this week, also betting the cats pretty big too.

- Steak Med Rare, and if they over cook it’s still medium which is fine
- Bojangles in Sheperdsville is also ****.
- if you crumbled Zesta Crackers up and do not mix them into your chili they don’t get soggy. If you need more it’s a simple fix.
- Pick 1: Lemoo, Del Frisco, Ruth Chris or Jeff Ruby’s.

I have no clue what that means centrury, it’s sold for way more than I’d pay and twice what I bought it for 13 years ago.
We rented on Hwy 44. Wasn’t sure how long it would take and wanted to be free and clear once it sold in order to build.
I was advised to go this route as construction loans are tougher than a buy/sell and we want to build.
We already moved but I’ll keep that in mind in about 10-12 months.

- Making chili - vegetarian for the missus, and a hearty ground beef based for dogdad. That’s right- two crockpots in THIS house. Hate to brag but I’m obviously killing it.
- Gleeking was a highly overrated skill in my grade school- almost as overrated as one’s pencil-break prowess.
- Michael speaking at Ryan’s business school is a Top 3-5 episode of The Office. Outstanding.
- First time ever at a home that will attract trick-or-treaters and I am looking forward to spoiling the neighborhood children all while catching a nice buzz.
- We’re going to kick the **** out of Duke.

- Regarding ground beef for your chili: if you’re not getting your ground chuck from Ebert’s around the corner, start soon. It’s the best.

- As much as I am a good Kroger(s) company man, their ground beef leaves a lot be desired. Try some ground chuck from a good local butcher next time you do chili. It will change your life.

One of the best things about chili is scraping your bowl at the end to get that cracker/chili leftover debris. Fastastic final bite!
