Cats line up in victory formation, ready to get King Kong off their backs. The Florida faithful hit the exits, dejected and grumbling. Touchdown Terry Touchdown goes to take a knee ... and his ACL immediately shreds into oblivion. He fumbles the football, Florida returns it for a TD, and the Gators win 23-21. The Football Gods proceed to rub one out.

Pretty smart NFL. Hire Boys To Men to do the anthem. No way they kneel and disrespect such a legendary group. Next up, Kool and The Gang, New Edition, Earth Wind and Fire, Commodores, etc. etc. until after week 17.

Hey anth, I know that, okay? Can you just not for a day or so before the game so we can have something?
Sorry, bubba. This optimist UK fan has had enough of hoping we beat UF. 1997 tailgating in the old gravel lot off Alumni I was certain Couch was going to lead us to victory breaking the 10 game streak....

then last year was the tipping point with Florida. We're never beating them.

Optimistic for the rest of the year though.

Last week I had a site visit at a big medical building in downtown Louisville. I took my backpack so I could have my laptop, folders, notebook, etc. Normal backpack things. But man, I felt every eyeball on me and I KNEW everyone was suspecting me of being a terroristERRRR mass shooter. I totally understand discrimination now. That’s why I kneel.

Not to fuel the fire but we have massive issues dealing with mental health. As a society, we're filling kids with drugs that alter brain chemicals with little else to accompany treating them.

Oh you're sad? Here's your Prozac, see you in a month.

But, no one wants to seem to get back to having the insane asylums. We don't want to call a crazy person crazy because well, feelings. At some point in time, like now, this starts to catch up to society. And, not pretending to know the solution but I feel comfortable saying, if we keep ignoring the lack of mental health care in this country then I wouldn't expect much to get better. Sometimes you have to be willing to accept that a human can be so badly damaged mentally that they will not be able to function normally in society. At least, not fixed by a prescription.

If it's business, then carry a briefcase, not a rucksack. Problem solved.

This GAMBOL thing... Started an account with Bovada last weekend. Went 1-4. Now I want to try to win it all back tonight by betting on the Eagles +1. Kind of concerning?

If you’d like to join a syndicate of degenerates who follow the picks of two immature, angling, manipulative, anonymous twitter gambol “experts” who every time a bet goes against them they publicly shame the coaches, please feel free to shoot me an email.

CANT WAIT TO CRUSH NCAAF JUST LIKE WE DID WEEK 1

(Ugh, dude, you went 10-9 and we lost money on the juice.)

- Nice lil early fall house party with some late 20 to early 30 somethings...shew.

Godspeed, SAE.

- I probably won’t be able to watch the game tomorrow because of work, so I’m sure we’ll win. Easy enough.

1-2 units on UF-13.5 seems pretty dang reasonable. Two inexperienced QBs rotating in the Swamp with a somewhat rejuvenated UF fan base ready for a blowout. Of course, if I take that UK will kick a field goal to cover on the last drive.

Work in large downtown office buildings in Louisville and Cincinnati and carry my stuff in a backpack (given to me by my employer for the purpose of carrying my work belongings), see many other people doing the same. Have never been treated as a terrorist, not sure what you weirdos are talking about.

Sounds like something a terrorist would say.

We shouldn’t change anything.

Regards,

The Only Country Where This Regularly Happens
Only progressive country. For accuracy. I know your ilk isn't concerned with accuracy but I am.

BTW, I think the media is MUCH more dangerous in enhancing these issues than the guns themselves and very lethal when you combine our penchant for live breaking news with guns that hold lots of bullets.

K. What about this stock the bar party I've got going on though. :eyes:

-mrs rudd1 has been on a gin kick of late...there are many cool "boutique/small maker" options that are available. However. A handle of Hendricks would be an apropos gift for a young man beginning his journey to adulthood.

-uk football (like everything) is best enjoyed when there are no expectations. That said...**** Florida.

The thought of anth railing against gun control at a Lexington polo match just ruined my appetite.

Thanks.
Ugh, I'm fully in support of gun control. Probably more extreme than most. Well documented around here. Was just pointing out WCC's was very incorrect.

[laughing] :100points: It's fun on the heaters tho, and they at least put in the work at the books & offer some personal insight. GOOD LUCK TO US, CAN'T WAIT TO CUE IT UP AND CASH IT WITH YOU GUYS.

I should be a tout, and I've tinkered around with it (seriously). Doesn't really matter if you win or not, it's all hype and spin marketing - which your boy is pretty damn good at.

One day in the future someone see UF's winning streak vs UK and think to themselves, why didn't someone Baker Act those UK fans.

And you would be hard pressed to convince them it wouldn't have been completely justifiable, especially after NOT COVERING THE GD WIDE OPEN WR RIGHT FING NEXT TO YOUR SIDELINE!

Well... I just need to keep it in check. Last Sunday I was interested in the LSU vs Miami game but I was like.. this will be a lot more interesting if I had some action on it. Bet on Miami and of course they’re getting ragdolled at the half so I then bet LSU -17.5 for the 2nd half. Lost both.

It’s so easy while sitting in my basement with a beverage in my hand to say... Marcus. Let’s, CUE IT UP.

I'm with Max. In recent years I've been ALL IN!!!1!!!, but not this year, nope. Absolutely zero hope of winning. If the last few years taught us anything at all, its that all hope should be abandoned against Florida, and that if we do beat them, it sure as hell won't be when Mark Stoops is in charge.

Our best bet would be for Stoops to get the flu and be out for the game. That way we get the benefit of his recruiting (cheating) and we don't have to overcome him fire-assing around the sideline completely sidetracked with ******** when the game is on the line.
