This 2nd half has been nuts. Unreal how quick things turn in these things.

Japan has a lot of UK football their finishing a big game.
That last goal would have been way more enjoyable if they’d have each taken 3 timeouts, gone to the Kiss Cam on the commercial break, had the refs review the monitors to add .06 seconds back on the clock, and they’d have advanced the ball to the 18 yard line.
The downside to a continuous clock is disrupts long bathroom breaks, getting beers, **** like that.

They’d play better D if they’d actually open their eyes the whole way so they could see what TF is going on.
Had it on in the background and didn't catch all of the second half, but it also seemed like less of the 'begging for fouls' thing that has been in so many of these games. Back and forth, lots of pressure. As previously mentioned, pretty much a perfect thing to 'have on' while doing something else.

Got invited to a nice little private dinner with Stoops, Gran, Hinshaw, and the new receiver coach Smitty on Friday. Good times, steak, bourbon, and cigars. Small crowd, only 12 people total. Rondo already got ring, so I'm fine to root for GSW. Assuming they can get by Los Pelicanos.
Houston was <thisclose> this year, and they were hopeful for next year, but tfp.
1-year deal for Cuz. Then to to WAS, get Wall a ring. Within 3-4 years, GSW will fade, Lakers will never quite materialize under LeBron, Pelicans will add necessary pieces, and within 5-6 years, AD will get a ring.
