...and De Sousa may not even play.

Self does not like freshmen back courts.

I'm not sold on anyone right now.

May? He has as much of a chance to play as Bowen did.

Langford will be like Eric Gordon at IU. He'll do well but the team will be average.

[BBdK]

Yep. He's a great player, but only 1 guy -- I get why IU fan wants him so desperately, as that program needs any kind jolt it can get, not to mention the importance of Archie proving he can nab the state's best, which is the key to that program moreso than any other in the country.

...but it won't yield anything special in the end, due to their very marginal roster. Bad timing for him & them, although he & Morgan would be a nice little duo.

[wcc31]

HOT TAKE-

dK actually loves when IU is good because he so enjoys the drama with Tomlin.

That guy says he’s not about the drama but he’s all about the drama.

IU and Archie can get pumped, imo.

Romeo has seemed like a weird, unlikable dude for a long time now. I look forward to hating that dude.

[PuffyNips]

My IU coworker gives me Romeo Crystal Ball updates in live time.

He was sure he was going to Vandy, now he is 100% certain Romeo will take his talents to Bloomington.

HoosierFan needs something like this to lift their spirits. I hope he crushes them somehow.

I look forward to never seeing him play and forgetting about him until Vern and BBdk insistently remind us that he's killing it at IU.

Bow Wow > Romeo

Imagine being an Indiana fan and living and dying with one recruit who's gonna stay for a single year and might not be enough to get you into the tournament by himself anyway because you just have no other source of hope, plus you live in a trash state like Indiana. I'd probably eat a bullet except in Indiana you probably can't find one that isn't over cooked and tastes like cardboard just like everything else in that giant fart jar of a state.

This weather is the tits. Amazing what a little sunshine and warmth can do for your soul.

And tits for that matter.

Man. Read the pension bill. Don't know what the major fuss is all about.

Why waste time on facts when there’s outrage and grandstanding to be had?

Teachers are overplaying their hand by skipping out on two days of school in two weeks. That's extreme disruption to parents.

Yup. Public option is a fickle *****.

This will be fun. Lots of government scholars on the book of faces.

Update....one crackhead is bring Mitch into this. Waiting on Trump.

You must be too young to remember Patrick Patterson (and JAI!!)

That’s about how it was around here for a bit.

[anthonys735]

About 5 years.

I can't imagine being an IU fan and watching all those Elite 5*s leave the state for UNC, Duke and UK among others.

[BristolCat_rivals158386]

Exactly. That sh*t was unbearable and most of them have now done it for most of their adult lives or more.

Personal favorite will always be that kid who chose prep school over UK.

It was just a little crack.

Suffice to say we ALL overestimated the impact Jai Lucas has on college basketball.

Vinny Zollo and Dakota Euton disagree.

Pat Pat coo tho.

Man the Reds stink.

[IsRichieGonnaStart]

I’m watching the Reds game. It looks like there’s 9 people in attendance.

Tyrone Nash, IIRC. That might have been rock bottom.

Any of this Cal going after another guard telling Green to **** or get off the pot?

If that’s the case, I’ll be pissed TF off.

Running off a very talented sophomore not only for a freshman, but potentially for one who’s 2 years younger because he scooted up his eligibility??

Not cool. That reclassification deal is very disturbing, imo.

[krazykats]

Oh no, PTI is going to be pissed off. Hell I bet he decides not to go to a game if it happens!

[eyeroll]

You know you're on shaky moral ground when PTI is clutching his pearls.
