I'm not a Gambol-ball, but how are "professionals" thinking that a team that barely scored 50 against a group led by a 5'-2" point guard will be able to put up 70 tonight?

Not really sure why Crazy Joe’s first option is violence. Seems like a bully.

DT drops him like a bad habit.

Actually Doc , bad habits are very hard to get rid of, and usually can't be dropped.

I think the proper term you are looking for is "DT drops him like a used condom."

They aren't, that I'm aware of. That's the computers. The probable low score/ugliness K-State hopes to bring is likely the reason the line is as slim as it is, and moving down.

Do think K-States defensive prowess is being overblown. The strength of their team this season, but it's ALL I hear about from the nerds discussing this game. Sure, they lead the Field in just about every meaningful defensive category thus far....but they also played Creighton and UMBC.

-Will be pretty difficult to not be hammered by a 10pm tip. Like you'll have to really focus on it not happening, which I have little interest in.

-Dont anticipate remembering this one.

-Cal vs Weber. Feels like the Iowa St game in 2012 a bit.

-Hopefully they key on Shai and let Peej/Knox ball.

-Time for a Quade game. Looking for a Lamb like next 2 weeks, bubba.

-Long way to go with Wiseman but the timing with Jefferies just doesn't pass the smell test for a flip. Also, Cal hates Memphis so we'll see but at least if we miss Wiseman it'll be to a non-factor rather than Duke or Kansas.

Last I saw, the number was 139 and the line was 5. So Vegas "thinks" UK will win 72-67, basically.

Their last 10 games they've scored 50, 69, 67, 66 (OT), 77, 59, 77, 58, 78, 82. (average of ~68).

The only game I've watched them play was against UMBC, so those number aren't as ugly as I thought they'd be.

Rack this.

On paper, the Creighton win looks impressive, but the stats tell a different story. In that game, Creighton shot 50% of its FGAs from 3pt (34 out of 68), and only shot 9-34 from 3pt for a 26.5% (their season average is closer to 38%). Tough to be competitive when you're that reliant on the 3pt shot but make so few.

Also interesting that Creighton ranks 335th in the country in O-Reb%, but still finished +10 on the offensive boards against K-State. UK should (will) murder Creighton on the glass...

He had the best game of his career last game. He won the tip and then CAUGHT and JAMMED an alley-oop. It was unbelievable. Nick Richards lives for March, as does Hami. Real good kids. Tough kids. Queens in the building. Lefrak to Jamaica Ave. Stand up.

I had a moment last year, and have been sternly warned (threatened, actually) about *any* form of breakage this tournament. It's simply not allowed.

I mean, just let her know to take it out of your allowance, shouldn’t be a big deal. Am I Rite?

I found taking a Valium and laughing at them helped temper my expectations while they were getting it together this year. Had to take more Valiums towards the end of the year.
Probably be about 3 deep before tip-off

I was bragging to my wife a couple weeks ago about how well I had behaved this season during games. I've had plenty of redass with this team, but for whatever reason I've been able to internalize it and keep some perspective, relatively speaking.

That all went out the window about 5 minutes into the 2nd half against Davidson after that stiff from Iceland hit his 3rd uncontested 3. I know it's not healthy, but it feels good to be living and dying with every possession again, tbh.

I hope Coach Cal stays put tonight and doesn't have to go coach somewhere else.:raised_hands:

Every so often while scrolling through Twitter today I saw a scribe post a link titled "How to watch the Kentucky-Kansas State game on television."

TURN IT TO FVCKING CBS, DIPSHIT.

Is there anyone who follows Kyle Tucker who needs written instructions on how to watch Kentucky's NCAA Tournament game?

Dammit that makes me madder than it should.
