Anyone who criticizes Cal for not calling a timeout there doesn’t watch much college basketball. Call him out for any number of things, but not that.
I agree with you on this, but why do you think Cal said he should've called one?Anyone who criticizes Cal for not calling a timeout there doesn’t watch much college basketball. Call him out for any number of things, but not that.
No it’s not.That's a hard cheese but it's true.
Rack x 10000 for the resident smart ***.Anyone who criticizes Cal for not calling a timeout there doesn’t watch much college basketball. Call him out for any number of things, but not that.
When Cal got here I honestly thought we'd reclaim our place at the top but it really hasn't worked out like that.
I don’t know WTF is going on here but Cal should have called a TO.!
This season has sucked but it’s ridiculous to start shitting on next year especially when we are bringing in a bunch of shooters, our biggest issue this year. A sophomore PJ, Vanderbilt, Richards and Quade would be a hell of a core to return and something many fans have been begging for.I think it's weird that anyone thinks this group is going to form the core of a contender next year. This team minus Knox, minus whoever else, even no one else, plus a year of growth, plus Keldon Johnson, plus Immanuel Quickley, plus Tyler Herro does not equal a contender.
Would have been epic coming out of a timeout, SGA driving and kicking out to Wenyen who proceeds to do a sick crossover to shake his defender and draining the 3.....We could have ran the PJ/Richards double 3pt post up okay.
I agree with you on this, but why do you think Cal said he should've called one?
You think he is going to call a timeout and miraculously run a good offensive basketball play for a open shot? If he could do that we would not be struggling to score 20 points before halftime.-refs didn't cost us the game. 100% on Cal. 2 to's in your pocket. Freshman pg(i love the kid) just turned the ball over on the previous possession...made the exact same mistake. Take a timeout and coach your team.
My favorite sequence that usually gives the other team the momentum is:
Knox misses a good shot.
Gets down on himself doesn't play proper D.
Other team scores on him.
Knox shoots a contested shot brick.
Other team rebounds and outlets for an easy 2.
