I did just get a Hatian-born, Harlem-raised man elected mayor...granted he's a Republican, but wasn't easy.

So is running 100 miles and looking like an anorexic Powder.
But he was eligible in January. No real reason to have at least experimented with him to get that in-game experience.
Currently planning to ***** to the Fayette PVA about an increase in my property tax. I have become everything I used to hate.
Pretty sure I would hate to do Tommy's job but not sure there could be a better fit for him.
Thanks for gentrifying your home, driving up prices to unmanageable amounts, and pricing out needy families who have lived in the area for generations.

I like them a little un-ripened so they're really crunchy -- and I eat them right through to the core -- just toss the damn stem away and move on to the next thing....

Yes. The previous owner was a poor old black woman. An investor purchased/renovated/flipped it to me.

I live in the East End of the South End. People with nice homes, good incomes, but still go shirtless while mowing their front yards while burning a heater.

Moving into a lovely gentrified neighborhood and not everyone has been priced out yet. Couple blocks over gets a little sketchy and we'd like to have some type of system set up.

I've never been a home security guy, until I flipped 6 houses in Germantown last year. I remember you saying you just bought in Germantown. I like the area, but like you said, all the riff Raff hasn't been priced out yet. My very first one over there had all the brand new stainless steel appliances stolen, then the a/c got stolen off the side. I had alarms on everything since.
I used several companies before I ended up buying simply safe, which meant I didn't have a monthly monitoring fee anymore. Alarm goes off, and your phone is alerted. About $200 for the whole system.

Would also consider a 4 camera CCTV setup for entry points and driveway.
You can get reinforcement plates for your door jambs that make kick-ins significantly more difficult.
You can put a high security deadbolt on the entry doors. Means you can't pick them or get keys copied without going through a certified installer.
And still the best home defense to deter criminals are dogs.
