Phil Jackson is 71 years old. He's past his prime. I wouldn't call him a jagoff, but I'd call the person who hired him a jagoff for thinking this is the right move.

Not a jagoff bone in this man's body. Look at him.

Smoking cabbage for the first time. Ribs are going on in a minute. Pork tenderloins in about an hour and a half.

Grass is cut. $3,000 worth of new blinds look lovely. $1,900 new water heater is making the water hot.

Just had to wipe out a nest of honeybees, which I hated to do, because they decided our outdoor love seat was a great spot to build.

This morning saw a cloud of feathers as the hawk who had been circling decided to take out a robin's nest in my backyard. The robins had just hatched a few days ago. No survivors. Sorry, Sloot.

I've got a 12 of Rheingeist Cougar on ice. A few family members should start showing up in about an hour.

Have a good weekend, GYERO. Mine starts now.

Antetokounmapostopolous is so fun to watch. He's hardly ever on TV, but his size and agility are absurd. He's the closest thing to Anthony Davis in the league.

My wife is allergic to bees, I don't know if my little girls are or not. They built a nest in my outdoor furniture. Touch 'em.

They weren't classic honeybees, but I still wouldn't have exterminated them If I didn't have to. Only around 2 dozen of the little ********.

Ok.

Sounded like you might have had a swarm at first.

Had a football sized swarm land in a bush last spring. Beekeeper came and took it. She said it was close to 2000 bees

That Facebook live video of that guy getting out of his car in Cleveland and shooting that old man dead for no reason is pretty awful. WTF is wrong with people?

The internet is an amazing thing. Within 5 minutes I see a poor old man get his brains blown out on fb live and now I'm watching a dude live stream his own manhunt to find the killer.

Scary touching world we live in. Don't recommend that video unless you got a strong gut.

Interesting comments from Andrew Friedman, GM of the LA Dodgers:

"Starting pitching has become the most overvalued in the industry because, outside of the aces, they are pitching less innings, with less starts as more depth is needed," Friedman told ESPN colleague Jim Bowden
.

Seems logical. Well, to everyone but UKO.

If bees are so g*ddamn rare, why is the price of honey still the same?
The price of honey isn't the same...at least for 100% pure/local honey. It's crazy expensive. I buy from a buddy who keeps bees, but I don't think honey in the stores is all that cheap.

Also, the cheap stuff is sometimes cut with corn syrup.

-Listening to XM Fly, LL Cool J was terrible. Worst rapper ever?

-Tell you who's not the worst rapper ever. Kendrick. Mercy.

-All Star weekend. Took G to the spring game. Most looked at cars out the club window. Very entertaining stuff but free demestos and tacos and I was happy. Bike ride Saturday and Easter with the 2 day old niece yesterday. All in all, 9/10.

-Can't beat a Spring thunderstorm. One of my favorite things in life.

-Flip flopping on Keeneland Friday. Guess if I'm going I need to figure that out asap.

-We use honey for toddler issues all the time. Great for a cough or to enhance yogurt.

*You have to think how many terrible rappers there have been. Its a pretty long list.

*The annual 'replace all undershirts and boxer shorts' day.

*So Nashville is Hockeytown, USA now? Smashville, TN?? Is that the reason for the skyrocketing real estate?

*Derby tie shopping, which means find one I already own and convince wife it matches her dress. May have a little fun with my socks though and tag Richie in all the pics.

*Monday.
