Monk had 5 rebounds and 3 assists. Only took 10 shots. Pretty solid game from a guy who couldn't hit **** today. He didn't force up 15 shots and he found other ways to help the team win. Another thing that wouldn't have happened two weeks ago.

-I've got real questions about Kennedy's ability. They should be better. That inside combo is elite. Did I miss the reason he switched to the slow white guy who couldn't shoot?

-Nice win after a unbelievable start and Monk going cold. He didn't shoot us out of the game. Instead dished, keyed the O and grabbed 5 boards.

-Dom is QUICKLY turning into that X factor. Been MVP the last couple weeks.

-Proud of Cal for parking Fox in the 1st.

Gotta give it to John. He's got most of the buttons pushed right now except for the "start games well" button. If that one ever happens...shew.

A month ago, our guys definitely lose today, Vandy, Florida and at Georgia. Getting the young guys back to playing with poise and making basically every clutch play. Love it. Drastically improved defense. Love it.

Briscoe was nailing the hard line drive lob from the FT line in the middle of the 2-3 zone.

Today might have been the best, most complete Dominique Hawkins game. Or at least the game most impacted by Dominique Hawkins.

You missed the point. I didn't say he wasn't worthy of the hype. I like his game. I was saying I read and listen to all CBB analysis out there before and during the season,and the only place I ever heard about him was mock drafts, which was odd for a guy getting Top 6 love.

I think Billy Kennedy misses Rick Stansbury a lot. With his health the way it is he really needs a beastly lead assistant to go out there and help him get dudes. Rick Stansbury was probably a little overqualified for it but he got some real dudes.
