*Couldn't get the game in Antarctica last night. Also couldn't get a good enough signal to make first Antarctic GYERO post.

*Hardest course I've ever run, plus ran it exactly 101 days after having stress ftacture in femur. 4:46 and was dang near thrilled to get it done in that time. Mud, hills, wind, big rocks, sinking gravel, one section of rip rap. Just an awful course.

*Beautiful scenery though. And penguins. Lots and lots of curious little penguins.

*One more continent to go (Africa in June).

^These types of post are part of why I enjoy this thread and shows me that people are , ummm...different I guess. Good for you LB, hope Africa goes well. That ish wouldn't rank in my top 1,000,000 things to ever want to do if I lived 3 lives.

Here I was proud of myself that I ran a mile without stopping for the first time in my life the other day, and we've got guys running marathons in Antarctica and ultra marathons.

F*cking overachieving dicks.

LB is definitely a f•cking overachieving dick.....but he's a hell of a guy

I had some dope Lanzera's back in the day and currently sport pair of Umbro's that serve as my go to warm up pant.

@B Rax Have you bought the same kind of Nikes since 2010 or worn the same pair? If the latter, I assume you are mostly rocking worn down baseball coaches' cleats while at leisure.

Antarctica is the only one I'm missing. Hoping to make it happen in 2018.

Can't imagine traveling that far and paying that much $$ just to run for a day, but I understand being motivated to accomplish certain things on whatever "list" you may have, different as though it may be.

Kansas gets the anti Kentucky treatment in the Big 12. The SEC plays out of its gd minds against us but the rest of the Big 12 **** the bed against Kansas routinely.

Why the hell did you do antarctica in the dead of winter and then plan on doing Africa in the dead of summer? Or are the seasons reversed there? Because if not that just seems like awful planning tbh.

This place has been wildly irresponsible since doc boat left. The big butthole thing, this guy running marathons in fn Antarctica 100 days after fracturing his leg...Where the hell is The Doctor?

Stoops said they're going to use him in various packages including The Wildcat.

Always cautious about highlight tapes but hot damn Bowden looks ridiculous out there against top notch Ohio competition. The quotes they had from opposing coaches saying he's the best they've seen since Clarett and Ted Ginn.

So where will Bowden play primarily? WR?
Probably use him similar to Cobb. Something like 60% WR, 35% Running back, 5% QB

Would like to see lots of motion to the wide side with him when Benny is taking the snap. That takes at least one guy out of the box.

The state only produced about a dozen power-5 football commits. That's not very good. Over half of those went to bottom of the barrel Big10 schools.

Pretty remarkable how weak we've been inside the last two seasons considering Cal's track record and style preference. Dude likes going big and he likes his bigs mean, athletic and hungry- sometimes to the detriment of his team.

Good news is next year should get back to that with a lineup featuring Bamba, Richards, Gabriel, Washington and Vanderbilt. Those guys are all tenacious.

Izak, SKJ, Wynyard -- lol, we'll be the biggest team on paper in the history of basketball if that happens and nobody leaves (which I can't see happening)
