WTF? [laughing]

I'm going to say No Chappy everytime one of their chalks misses a 3 from now on.

OK, but seriously... how do you make it stop?

-Not only was he pulling up for the jumper he had about 3 guys in his way to the rim. Allen should've been trailing him.

-Should I bring back my gold "100% Italian" charm we found over the weekend? Thinking it would be a great look although technically not even close to accurate.

-Back issues are indeed no joke. Especially when they tell you, "we really don't know what the problem is... good luck."

-I like the shoes.

-Guess WCC is past the, "I'm going to follow the rules and work hard at my new job" phase. Congrats.

What the hell are you doing, Clark? You can't go back and change your entire post like that.

There are unwritten rules about that kind of ****.

Damn it.

Nothing weaker/more annoying than when someone edits their post after you've already quoted or responded.

Type a post, proofread it carefully and make sure you have all your thoughts down, then submit. No going back.

Good choice. What does "No Chappy, No Chappy, No Chappy" mean anyway? I'm not hip to you young college types' slang words any more.

It's understandable to lose a neutral-court game to an elite team with a future Hall of Fame coach who has won 12 consecutive Big 12 titles, like Kansas. And it's understandable to lose true road games to quality opponents -- like nationally ranked Florida State and Louisville and even unranked Virginia Tech.

But this?

This was something entirely different.

Media starting to turn. I don't want to completely dance on Duke's grave just yet, as we've had some pretty serious turnarounds of our own with young teams over the years, but unless K ***** a PG I can't see it happening for them.

Welp, that touching sucked. It still sucks. But after taking some needed time away from the internet, I'm ready to get back to it.

Just one last THANK YOU to everyone who has reached out and/or shared some extremely kind words and coolness over the past month or so. It's really been overwhelming, reassuring, and comforting. Rest assured that in spite of all of the ********, there are very good people in this part of the world, folks.

-The North End Café pizza near Douglass Boulevard is pretty solid, actually.

-Clif Bar lunches only for Dad these days. Cheap. Controlled caloric intake. Newfound smugness over workday lunches. The works, really.

-Had my first bad $44 haircut a week or so ago, reminiscent of my sophomore year at UK when the lady at Wildcat Barbers gave me a bangs only, no sideburns look for $8 (which subsequently overdrew my account, adding $28 in fees to the total - really my first bad expensive haircut, I guess).

I considered hitting a barber shop and just going to a 1 all over, but in light of recent events figured people would start talking about me going off the deep end if I did, so I'm just rolling with it.

-I mean if Willis & Gabriel keep playing well... :eyes:

-It's all milestones once we get into late January IMO. Super Bowl. Valentines. March 1. St. Patrick's --> Home.

More than ever, I need the warmth of the sun on this January Ohio Valley complexion. I need to see mulch bags in gas station parking lots. I need that 70+ degree Sunday when the sun is still out while I fire up the grill. A self-proclaimed winter ball, yea, just GMTFO of this one as quickly as possible.

-Cats cover tonight.

-Speaking of Marathons, I was thisclose to telling my Mom before she passed that I was going to run the Mini-Marathon for her as she walked it a couple years ago (whilst sick). Thankfully, I did not. Jesus Christ, that would have been 1) awful, or 2) made me feel like a complete ******* when I didn't do it.

-Good to be back. [thumb2]
