-Loving the positive momentum with Bamba. Front court is going to be DEEP if we pull him. You'd have to think Knox would go elsewhere especially if Gabriel comes back. Cal out there crushing the trail.

How good is Mike Brey? I say it every year, but I love that guy -- he pulls new stars out of his *** seemingly every year to go along with his 4 year guys that always develop into great college players. No matter who they lose, they always bounce back and are a competitive & fun team to watch.

Seems like they begin every season unranked, but are top 15 a month or two in. Imagine he's a lifer there, he definitely should be.

That Atlanta/Green Bay game next weekend should be really entertaining football.

The Pittsburgh/NE game though has the feel of a Louisville/Duke tournament matchup. Ugh.

He definitely has improved since he dropped the mock turtlenecks.

It was just a year ago that Stephen Curry directed a terrifying demonstration of the Warriors’ beautiful game in Cleveland’s building. And that was after he said he hoped the visitor’s locker room still smelled like champagne from the victory that clinched the 2015 Finals.

At the time, the Warriors looked unbeatable and Curry was turning LeBron James into yesterday’s news. Four days later, the Cavaliers made David Blatt the most successful NBA coach to be fired during the season. The changing of the NBA’s guard seemed complete.

That was the last time Curry had fun against the Cavaliers.

Curry has played the Cavaliers eight times since that MLK Day beatdown. In the seven Finals games, his scoring average dropped seven points from his 2015-16 tally, he shot just 40 percent from the field, and he committed more turnovers than assists. When the Warriors most needed his usual magic, he couldn’t get a real shot off against Kevin Love.

Then, Curry looked invisible in a Christmas Day defeat, scoring just 15 points on 4-of-11 shooting while watching Kevin Durant trip over Richard Jefferson’s foot on Golden State’s last play.

Now, it’s the Warriors that are doing soul searching. Is Curry slumping? He rejects the premise, but “what’s wrong with Steph?” is the topic du jour, not “Do the Cavaliers actually like each other?”

As we prepare for the latest chapter in this burgeoning rivalry, let’s examine what the Cavaliers have done to make Curry miserable. Like the Pistons once did with Michael Jordan, the Cavaliers have created a special defensive strategy to neutralize the league’s most unique player.

These are The Steph Rules.

Great long read on the Cavs defensive strategy against the Warriors and what the Warriors have begun to do to adjust. Worth the time to read the whole thing.

You know Duke/K is going to keep it in the family. Some seem to think it will be Capel, which could be distarous.

Brey is a former K assistant. Wonder if he would be interested in Duke or if he likes the non pressure situation at Notre Dame?

Brey is a beast. Two straight elite 8s and they compete in the toughest conference every year, whether it's the ACC or Big East. If he did what he's doing now at IU, they'd be pissing themselves.

My dark horse for the Duke job once K retires is Quinn Snyder. He's doing a good job for the Jazz and he's gained a lot of experience since his days at Mizzou. Tommy Amaker may also be an option. I think it's going to be one of his earlier players as opposed to Capel, Collins, or Wojo. Dawkins blew his chance.

The great thing is that everyone in K's tree would be a pretty ****** hire except Brey. So the chances they whiff are pretty high. Really looking forward to it.

If they want to hire a curly headed Ray Liotta who was 126-91 at Missouri over a decade ago, to follow possibly the greatest coach of all-time, I am ALL-IN.

Per Twitter and FB, everybody on the planet is either a HUGE Packers fan or a DIEHARD Steelers fan or a LONGTIME Cowboys fan or a DEVOUT Patriots fan. Funny how that works.

The "my (insert team)" phenomenon has been around for decades and it most certainly is an NFL thing. It has trickled over to other sports over that time though.

~Had to send stuff back to Amazon for the first time ever last week. It was basically as easy as ordering from Amazon. Weightlifting belt I bought didn't fit. I ordered the next size up. They sent another belt the exact same size but with the sticker for the next size up. Sent both back. Full refund. No questions.

~What a **** weather weekend. I'd rather it be cold and snowing than overcast, foggy, raining and 37 degrees. Not the most dangerous weather, but easily the most miserable.

~Love Sturgill's band/sound. His voice leaves something to be desired. You can tell the dude is trying very hard to sound a specific way and that's an annoyance. It's why you can't hear half the damned lyrics.

~Inauguration week. Celebrities and Democrats will be falling all over each other in the Oppression Olympics this week. Puppy scent to all the multi-millionaire entertainers who will be without a President in a few days. Hope they pull through.

~Still don't get any criticisms of the offense. People howling about Mulder not playing enough. He plays enough. Any and all criticism should be directed toward the defense. This is the best offensive team we've had in 20 years.

~UofL has to deliver their formal response to the NCAA Notice of Allegations by tomorrow. I'm guessing they maybe looked at what happened to UNC and won't be shitting on the NCAA for having the audacity to enforce some semblance of rules.

On the other hand, this is Jurich we're talking about. He may very well draft a response that says "DEAR NCAA: GUESS WE'LL JUST AGREE TO DISAGREE. CASE DISMISSED. NO FURTHER QUESTIONS."

You don't understand, Cool Cat. UL is under the fearless leadership of Tom Jurich and the NCAA recognizes like everyone else in this universe that he is the best AD to ever grace Earth. Slap on the wrist at worst.

HVAC question:

Having motor issues with the blower under my house. The guy who installed it said that it's the capacitor and told me to buy a replacement, but I'm completely out of my element. Where can I buy those kinds of parts in Lex?

Sorry to interrupt your regularly scheduled GYERO. TIA.

Call your local HVAC company for service maybe?

It'll be touched up.

Louisville should be in the driver's seat bc of the arena already being in force but too many stupid egos and UL will ruin any chance.

That's ok. The stupid *** Sub Minor league soccer franchise will get a new stadium across the river. Maybe the Millenials can do a march across the Big Four Bridge for their Euro chants.

I'm sure tons of free agents will be lining up to live in the middle of Mexico and risk making their families massive targets for drug lord kidnappings. Seems like an incredible idea.

But, hey, you can make it rain way harder with pesos, and I hear the donkey shows are amazing.

Side note: 2nd hang Mexican strip club story

When I was living in Hilton Head, a friend of mine had gone on a Spring Break trip to Tijuana the previous year. They went to a strip club, and there was a crew of sailors from San Diego there. He tells me one of the strippers takes a banana, peels it, and shoves it all the way up in her pu**y. She then proceeds to slowly push it out, breaking pieces off as she goes. Each piece she tossed into the crowd of sailors, who eagerly devoured the entire thing.

Also, apparently hand jobs there were $5. What a bargain!!

SWH in Lexington sells HVAC parts to public.. however, if the motor has been trying to run with a bad cap, no telling the damage it has done to the motor windings.. I suggest having a licensed tech come out
