First, I'm not sure that Johnson is a better runner than Barker, regardless.
Second, just the ability to hit Conrad over the middle would already be an upgrade over Johnson.

How badly Johnson misses receivers make him seem worse than he is, and he is really bad anyway. And his "hitch" or whatever in a tight pocket makes me nervous as hell.
Boom gets banged up every game. But, that kid has really matured in just one year, even noticing some sideline leadership from him.
I thought there were rumbles that King was transferring?
No matter the coach or players, duel threat QBs laugh at UK. UL game gonna be ugly.

Whitlow was awful. I mean real awful.
Morgan Newton was awful.
Towles was sorta awful.

Running QBs, passing QBs, dual threat.....our defense is awful. The only QBs that don't laugh at UK are the ones that suck.
It would be nice to have a QB who could wing it better, but man, when the defense plays like they did today... sch.
I don't think Jason Street or Jonathon Moxon would've been able to pull out a dubya today.
Pretty sure Kyle Meadows wanted to see Gunnar Hoak get some action today, tho.

Replay if f'ing terrible, and so is anyone who defends this nonsense. That was 100% clearly intentional grounding by LAMAR, was challenged, and the wrong call was held up because it's not reviewable. And we just lost 5 minutes of our lives over nothing.

-As much as UKFB has been screwed over the years I'm firmly in favor of the review, although I do agree it's a bit excessive. Overall though, I don't have a problem with getting the correct call in important situations, especially with officials seeming less competent with each passing year.
