The Juice pass over the middle hit him in the chest and bounced off. If that thing was end over end it should've been caught.

That's b/c he would get killed if he played QB. Awfully big and fast dudes in that league.
You dumb.

"He's too small to play the most protected position in the NFL* so let's put him at a position where his routes go across the middle and he gets murdered by MLBs all day."

*offer only applies for white qbs

-I think after a big Wildcats win you want to run into Adrian and me. All we needed Saturday night was a pile of ice.

-Thanks to the Schems for their hospitality. Good to be back in their good graces tbh.

-Saturday night at CWS was just great. Had an absolute blast. I enjoy winning SEC football games, and think the stadium is as nice of a venue as it's likely ever going to be.

-After seeing all of the empty seats I made the comment that I don't think those folks are coming back. Like, ever. Sure, I think we'll sell out some big game again but a typical SEC game will draw between 45-50K from here out.

-I just have a strange feeling that UofL drops one more this regular season. Not sure when/where, but really think it happens.

-Props to drx for the postgame collides. An ice cold pilsner right as I walked out of the stadium was clutch.

-Cats by 10 Saturday.

-Music City Bowl? :flushed:

Jason Isbell and John Moreland absolutely crushed it last night. Just overflowing with talent.

Jury Duty day two. Get MFing pumped.

abh posts like he circumvented the NFL concussion protocol.

Not to one up.....but I was just invited to a wedding with a black tie rehearsal dinner, and morning dress wedding (tails, like the Royal Family). There is a separate reception for the children and adults, and of course tea and brunch for the wedding party the morning of. Absolutely not. I'm already booked, toots.

I hate when "Aunt Flo" comes to visit. BS. But throw down a towel and power thru it. Marcus.

Billion Dollar Spy. Will probably knock this out in a day.

In college football, you're guaranteed wildly entertaining and dramatic games every Saturday. If the NFL produces one of these a week, it's a borderline miracle.

Yes, nothing like watching 2 talentless, ****** teams battle to the wire!!! That happens in high school football too. Do you still attend HS games on your Fridays because they are so exciting!!!! I sincerely hope not.

My other problem with college football is that 90% of the "exciting games between ****** teams" take over 4 freaking hours. Its a joke, and why I dont watch much. Im not sitting my *** on a couch for 4.5 hours on a Saturday afternoon to watch a game.

-I believe with the new setup and Peach Bowl being in the Playoffs that currently we're probably looking at Liberty or Birmingham. Now, if we win this weekend and can somehow win 2 more then look out. I have no issues with Friday Bowl in Memphis.

^ exactly. ABH is torn up that his loser league sucks, and that I was proven right once again.

You should see his meltdown on email right now. :sunglasses:

Youre so full of **** and just a liar. Im far from an avid NFL fan. I watched the 4th quarter of the Bengals game yesterday, 20 minutes of the Steelers game and thats it. Thats significantly less than you watched, and Ill guarantee you watch more NFL than I do and its not close. Im a UK basketball, Reds and Bengals fans. Thats the list of appointment sports watching for me, and obviously the Reds arent appointment TV because there are 162 games.

This ******** with not throwing flags at the end of the game is unreal and it's happening CFB/NFL. The PI calls are nonexistent. The horsecollar was text book, from behind, hand only on the collar. Ridiculous.

Greatest QBs to ever play the game...

Montana
Manning
Brady
Favre
Marino

Not exactly known for their fleet feet.

Running QB and the NFL does not compute.
Five guys who grew up playing a completely different sport than what football has turned into at every level but one. If the NFL doesn't figure this out, the games are gonna get worse and viewership and attendance are going to slowly but surely erode.

I mean, LAMAR is the most dominating CFB QB in years, and the NFL will do its damnedest to turn him into a slot receiver.

Jesus, do you even watch sports or does it interfere in your Star Trek marathons. I know PTI is a sports dumbshit, but I thought you were better.

Lamar Jackson wont be able to do what he does in the NFL because there are at least 6 guys on the other teams defense that are just as fast, if not faster, than Lamar. Its pretty basic why you cant run the high school read option in the NFL. The players are bigger, faster and more talented.

For stupid discussion only, but if you're LAMAR do you feel even the slightest bit uneasy about having to play another year of college football? The risk of shredding your knee for out of state UofL tuition seems like a lot to ask.

The guy should probably sit out the rest of the year too, tbh.

If he could go this year, he'd absolutely go. ******** he can't.

I'm still pissed that Randall Cobb played in that stupid effing BBVA Compass Bowl his junior year. If I were Joker I would have suspended him, not Fartline.

Who says you would need to run the "high school read option" in the NFL? Why not use his speed in other ways? I know asking someone besides Bill Belichick to show some creativity and ingenuity in that league is like asking to see Bigfoot, but they're going to have to eventually. The NFL thinks every QB has to be a pocket passer no matter what, and what they're going to figure out eventually is those guys are becoming extinct. They refuse to adapt and it's starting to show - especially at QB.

He left early? Jesus what a fudpucker.

Good seeing you and 80 at the tailgate Bob. Stop by anytime.

We didn't leave Commonwealth Stadium until 1AM. What a victory. Between UK Football and Marcus McClinton, I BELIEVE!

Very disappointed in the lack of attendance. If you're a UK fan, you better have you *** in the seats come UGA. Come drunk. Be loud.

Thanks for the hospitality Saturday night - great to see all you guys, plus Dr. Bob and 80 as a bonus. That lemonade, shew.

To be fair Joker essentially did suspend him based upon our offense that day.

The NFL's ideal quarterback is the default "Create-a-Player" QB on Madden. Perfect for handoffs and checkdown throws for 4 yards on 3rd and 9. HE KILLED THOSE PROGRESSIONS YO

Big reason that CFB > NFL is because Saturday >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Sunday.

Of course the jersey wearing bros from Ohio are defending the NFL.

So the reserves led most the the game, and Mulder was the best player on the court in Cal's annual "game" in practice before the first exhibition which has starters vs reserves, per KSR

Theyve tried over and over again and it doesnt work. Randall Cunningham tore the league up for a few years, but was hurt a lot, and then everyone tried the dual threat running quarterblack and it didnt work. You can adjust all you want, but the guys on the other side of the ball are faster and stronger than your QB. You act like its never been tried or discussed.

But thats rich coming from one of the dudes that Im certain has more than 2 dozen shirts/pullovers etc of a college as a grown *** man. Do you still wear your high school gear too???

Randall Cunningham had the best year of his career in 1998 at age 35, leading one of the best offenses in league history for the Vikings.

Same guy?

I wish we would have seen the reserves vs starters in the Blue/White game.
