I'd say growing up in Cabrini-Green qualifies me to be a diehard Cubs fan. My parents, James and Florida, barely kept their heads above water, and made waves when they could, but that didn't stop them from instilling a love of the Cubs in the family. Spoke with someone who owns a house on Hillcrest Ave here in Louisville. They spend on average 375.00 every year on Halloween decorations to partake on the street long stretch of Halloween crap.
