Correct. It was the during Tigers 2nd season shut down for injury and after Phil's Masters but before his British. So currently there's only 1 major.

I have no dog in the fight as I'm not in the bet. So it really doesn't matter and if your dumbass would've shut up I was actually trying to correct it in your favor. So other than just not liking you -> I just know it wasn't in 2009. You do realize the crash was in really late 2009, right? It sure as hell was after that.

True story: it was made sometime after Tiger lost to YE Yang at the 09 PGA. That was the first time he'd ever been stared down and defeated in his major career, basically. His last win in 08 included him limping the entire 4th round. My contention was always that injuries would catch up to him and derail his career. And Phil was turning 40 the next year.

With an o/u of 2.5, you can apply even the tiniest bit of common f'ing sense and figure out when the bet was made.

Or you can do like anth and just make up whatever.
