Guys I know everyone thinks this $700 steak is the greatest meat product of 2016, but to be honest I actually kind of prefer this 3 day old moldy cheeseburger from 7/11.

That Omaha Steaks deal on Jones' podcast actually sounds like a helluva deal. What are the foodies' thoughts on Omaha steaks?

It was Bradley - 1, Favors - 2, X. Henry - 3, Cousins - 4 and then Wall.

Davis was #1 in the final rankings. Rivers was #3.

I don't get the Omaha Steaks retail store model.

"Looks like a nice night out. BRB going to the mall to get steaks! Then I guess I'll hit the grocery on the way back to get everything else. Maybe stop by the butcher counter while I'm there to get some chicken for the non steak eater. SO CONVENIENT!"

They are pretty good.

Of course they aren't Ruby Prime Dry Aged Beef or anything like that, but they are pretty good.

Some of their other items besides steaks are good, like the stuffed sole.

Also don't get their mail retail model either:

"Oh look honey, now we can order those fancy steaks like the kings of Austria eat, delivered to our very door here in Kentucky! Just think, in nary a few weeks we'll be feasting on actual BEEF! SO REGAL!!"

I think the whole setup is to collect names and addresses of simpletons for the upcoming Purge. Look for Omaha Steaks orders and koi ponds and lock n' load imo

When I'm lucky enough to spot one of these guys, i'll pick up a few cases out of the back of a truck. $3 per steak, Wagyu, can't beat it.

You see that truck coming down the street, you know you're getting set for a real Steak Fest (tm).

EDIT: I take that back. Did some investigating off BBdK's picture at http://steakhouse-steaks.pissedconsumer.com/and turns out these guys selling meat door to door off trucks that always break down may be running a scam and their steaks may not be as good as advertised.

Decided to strike on my own, business-wise, and adopt the Omaha Steak model for my venture "Cheyenne Soup." Just imagine, giant buckets of soup delivered to your home - clam chowder, veggie, borscht. All ready to feed your family of 12 within 5-7 business days. Even with all the inevitable postal spillage, you get a disturbingly large amount of soup. I mean, what a deal.

QUESTION: I do a lot of shopping at both open air and traditional enclosed malls. Can I buy buckets of Cheyenne Soup there as well?

We do! Our soups come in the following sizes:

- the 4-gallon "Single Man" bucket
- the 8-gallon "Mo Soup for You!" bucket
- the 12-gallon "Soupicide" bucket

All buckets come with a convenient handle and a packet of oyster crackers. Experience for yourself what "Soup Monthly" magazine has called "an ... idea"!

[laughing] NABC names Bill Self national coach of the year.

[roll]

Actually amazed they didn't name Rick Pitino, due to all the adversity he overcame this year.

Ummm, it's pretty simple guys. Touch Syracuse with a rusty pole. But root like hell for them Saturday. Take a Silkwood shower after, then hope they get smacked Monday night.

Men who have had sex changes to become women should not be able to compete in women's sports. I'm sure a certain segment of society would consider me a monster for that, but it's simply the truth.

Did cutting off your penis and digging a trench between your legs remove your massive strength advantage, your larger and more athletic body frame, your genetically superior athletic ability etc...? No, it didn't. So don't try to play competitively against women, *******.
