As soon as this tourney ends we are one of the favorites to win it all and may be ranked #1. And as I said there will be no 20 plus teams with a shot to win it all like this season, the list will be very short, with us topping it. We cut down the nets next year in Phoenix.

By the way, Hawkins played his tale off yesterday. Had we won he would have been my personal player of the game.

Off season reasonable goals----->Keep Briscoe and add Bolden.

We will not lose more than 4 games next season.

I say 37-3, #9 hangs in rafters.

Where would he go? There's not exactly a market for 6'3" combo guards who shoot 20% outside of ten feet and 40% from the FT line. I don't even think he even needs to bother with a press conference.

Totally agree, but we've had players make mistakes in the past and this year they get to test the waters and hear things in the process that may not be true. I expect him to stay myself.

About us being the favorites - doubt it and I'm good with that. Duke is going to return a ton and I'm guessing Allen and Kennard will both be big scorers next year. Add the incoming freshmen and I'd say they will be favorites.

You are a Nimrod. The difference between us and them is minuscule. They may be 1, we may be 2 but it's so close to argue it is dumb.

Per Ken Pom UL will,be #1 to start the year. UL,fan has already hung a banner. Granted I have no idea how you can rank, teams based upon a computer formula before a game has been played.

Until I see our guys knock down shots at a decent clip....in college, the difference is more than minuscule. Unless Ulis returns.

-Briscoe is going to try to go. He may stick around but I think he's really wanting to go.

-I thought Lee said he's staying earlier in the year? He's a different kid.

-LC, I use swype to text for most posting and never even caught it. I'll keep an eye out in the future.

-Need to go for a run but being lazy is really holding on tight. GET UP.

-Lockbox is excellent. Just as the other 21C spots. As I said, it'll be the best restaurant in town the day the doors opened.

-Like the 1994 comparison. Hopefully some team like Ark can win the title.

He's also assuming all players will return and Pitino will be the coach. Very solid chance neither of those things happen. UL fan has a LONG way to go before next November and they used up a lot of karma last night. Guarantee if they do oust Pitino it will be after the players come back from the draft, because Louisville.

Have a bad case of this lately. Ran a marathon a couple of weeks ago and since then I given zero effs about doing anything. Have eaten like crap, my liver needs a detox, and I need to get back at it but just really don't care.

I'll take a wait and see approach. It is going to be more 2010 than 2012.

Let's see, 2010 we had no one who knew Cal's system and very little talent outside the recruits he brought in and Patterson / Miller. 2012 - we had experienced players to blend with a great class of incoming freshmen. Um, next season we have a group of experienced players who know Cal's system to blend with the frosh. I'm thinking more like 2012 or 2015, not 2010.

I'm thinking more along the lines of contribution. We had Jones, Lamb and Miller we could count on. I don't see anybody like that returning. Maybe Willis and Briscoe.

It depends on who is back. If Lee, Willis and Hawkins are getting big minutes next year then we aren't anywhere near the favorites.

Not to mention Willis will be back next season and will be available if we get hit with a sagging zone daring us to shoot. There was no Willis on the 2010 team.

We will be badass next year, not sure what point you are trying to make but whatever it is, it's wrong, per usual.

I agree that we will be really good. IF our freshman do what we believe they can do. In 2012 and 2015 we returned 40 points per game from the previous year to go along with our stud freshmen. That's not happening next year so we are going to be relying on freshmen much more. And the last time we did that and were one of the favorites was 2010.

Starting to get the loss out of my system but the reality of the only blockade to the Final Four for Syracuse is MTSU, Iowa State, UVA and Gonzaga. Cawksuckers.

Should have been in the NIT anyway.

Willis probably won't play many minutes at all next year. He is not a Cal type player.

Did I even look at the grocery list the lass "meticulously prepared" today at Kroger?

No, I didn't.

Did I still get pretty damn close to everything we needed on the fly?

No, I didn't.

Mott's Applesause is BACK though, folks. [smoke]

I am a long-time lurker (10+ years) and I read GYERO whilst typically signed out of my account. Just wanted to let you know I signed in just so I could like this post. That is all.

Do they have Kroger ClickList yet in the 'Ville? I find it the greatest thing ever. Order all your crap online. Schedule a pickup time. Rollup, press the button, tell them your name, tell them you're paying with credit, 2 or 3 minutes later Omid or whoever is loading your car and you're driving away. Never even leave your car.

Briscoe going pro would be a bigger mistake than Marquis Teague going pro. He may think he'll be drafted high, but so did Ramon Harris.
